If this number or service is indeed legit, they are doing a great job of convincing people otherwise. I just got off the phone with someone calling from a blocked number and am extremely suspicious of a scam. If they are for real, they need to revise their system to employ intelligent people and provide more information that doesn't make them come off as extremely sketchy.

I have a very simple name and yet the caller could not seem to pronounce it (he sounded Nigerian and let's just look at how many scams are currently coming out of Nigeria). He kept insisting that he had something important to talk to me about regarding my BoA account and kept asking for my billing address but would not answer any questions whatsoever. When I asked what branch or department he was calling from, he kept pushing for information from me first. He was also really reluctant to give a callback number (which ended up being this 877-733-5734) and didn't seem to want me to call back after first verifying with my bank that there was, in fact, an issue. I flat out told him that I was concerned about scams so I was going to call him right back after checking with the bank, and he immediately snapped at me to verify my billing address (as if ignoring everything I had just said).

So I'm sorry but these people are most likely scam artists and if not, they need to get their act together before I have any further contact with them.

Oh...furthermore, I forgot to mention that the number that actually called me on is NOT a listed number associated with me. All of my bank and cc accounts have my mobile number and only my mobile number. I kept asking him how he got this other unlisted landline and he claimed that this was the original number from my record from SIX years ago. I only got this new landline number LAST YEAR and he had no explanation as to why it was on file but my main phone number - where all other bank-related issues call - was not.

today 1/1/2010 called me and left message that call back to 8777335734. They wanted to talk with me or my husband but they called from 626 6666754. I reported to the Bank of america. It is scam

I got a call from an unknown/blocked number and they left me this number claiming to be card services on my cellphone voicemail. I called back and they wanted my personal information.  They didn't have it.  It is definitely a scam.  Do not give them your personal info.

Bank of america called me and they asked me  for  my zip code and my phone number.

I just got a message from Brandy at 877-733-5734 stating she is from FIAA card services (seemed she put an extra "A" in it). Anyway, I haven't called them back yet because I have no money. I can't keep up with payments any longer. At one point I tried to get them (Bank Of America) to lower my interest rate and they wouldn't budge. Well something had to give, electric, gas, car insurance, orthodontist, mortgage or BofA. The banks get the money for next to nothing from the Feds, charge 3-5% on every transaction, then charge consumer ridiculous interest rates for repayment of the 'loan' and refuse to work with the customer. They are as bad if not worse than the PayDay loan sharks. Hopefully, someday I can pay my debt back. Until then, they will have to wait. There goes my excellent credit score. Oh well.

I got a call from FIA Card Services.  He asked me for my zip code and address.  I told him I would call him back and he gave me this number (877-733-5734).

I definitely agree here. This is a scam because I received the exact type of phone call and wouldn't provide any information. I got them to provide the call back number and then immediately called back BoA and had them run a check on all my accounts. They were all fine. THIS IS A SCAM....DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Keep the numbers that they give you and report therm to BoA security department.

If you are calling people @ their jobs, you are harrassing them, bottom line. Maybe the economy is bad. Maybe people have medical bills or want to feed their family. Maybe BOA eats people alive with  fees & holds your money in pending status & lets overdrafts occur when they shouldn't. There's a lot more I could say, but what's the point? Maybe you are just another BOA shill.

Got a call on my cell phone ( !!!!! ) today from an "Asia" at 877-536-1584 asking me to call back at 877-733-5734.  Said it was about my FIA Card Services through Bank of America.  We still have a land line and only give that number out.

I called back and got a "Karen" who told me the same thing.  Said she needed to verify my husband's full name and date of birth.  I said, "why?"  She repeated the same thing, "I'm with FIA Card Services through Bank of America."  I told her I never give that information out over the phone and why exactly was she calling?

She then hung up on me.

I got a call from 877 733 5734 saying they were with FIA card services and asking about my credit card. I called the 800 number on the back of my credit card and waited through the options then asked for a service rep and that call connected me to FIA card services.  Turns out they're a company that handles past due accounts and customer service for Bank of America.

It really doesn't matter if you work for b of a or not, a scam is a scam and please don't tell me that b of a doesn't have any!  My friend works for the irs and they receive scams constantly.

Fyi: if you don't recognize the name or no., don't call back, just delete it!  And, just how did they get my cell phone no.?

"Diana from Bank of America" called my cell phone number saying she has important information on my credit card account ending in 3311. She asked for my DOB and I did not provide it, since I have never applied for a BOA card. Sure enough, it is a SCAM.

Some people really are pathetic and have no shame. Hopefully Karma really does exist.

I received a voice mail from this number and a person called Greg Chinchilla (that's what he said honest) said it regarded a servicing letter.  I do have a VISA with Bank of America but have told them not to call me as they lied to me and now everything must be in writing. So don't know if this is a true call or not.  Am not answering them anyway.

Just received a call from 206-319-9227,she claimed to be from Bank of America on the message. She stated a better number to reach her would be 877-733-5734. I thought I should warn others the two numbers are the same outfit.

I don’t believe the people on here that posted a comment keep saying it’s legitimate. I’ve recently installed YouMail app on my cellphone and activate call forwarding from our landline to my cellphone. The app has a feature voicemail to text. These bogus calls keep leaving a voicemail messages recording from different people that’s not even associated with our phone numbers. Here’s a voicemail to email recently recorded on my YouMail Message is for Rodney Brown this is Tamika ... calling from Bank of America I'm calling to discuss some options that may be available. If you would give us a call at 877-733-5734. We are available today from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time thank you. Yes, this not legitimate. We’ve our home phone number since 2016.

Our last name is not Brown idiot. No one is our family last name is Rodney Brown. That’s how we already know these calls are fake and bogus.
