A person named  Louis Levine called my daughter's cell phone asked her to have me call 877-824-8167.  When she asked him what the call was in reference to, he would not tell her.

6 calls today and it's only 2:30pm! Go away!

Multiple calls a day, sends them to voice mail. When I answer no one speaks and they hang up RIGHT AWAY.

I am recovering from open heart surgery. A fellow by the name of Mike called and got my attorney-in-fact, and would not identify what his company, Gulf Bay, Inc,  was, and refused to cooperate with my attorney-in-fact. A harassing call. This company should be turned over to the U.S. Attorney General for criminal harassment and invasion of privacy.

These people call my 72 year old mother and sold her some magazines and they take 60 dollars a month out of her bank account.  When I told them to cancele them they had a fit said it was too late to cancel them. I told them she was 72 and was confussed some times and that she couldnt see to read them ad they said that wasnt thier proplem. I am now looking for a way to get them canceled and they are calling and hrassing her 5 and 6 times a day cause it seems they dont have the expiration date on her card anymore and they wont leave her alone. There should be a law against them harassing her.

I got a call from this number. It's going on my reject list. This is the second unfamiliar number I've received today.

the guy over the phone was a jerk. i answered after his little spiel of "hi, i'm calling long distance from clearwater, florida and i have great news for you..."

i said, "hey... if this is about timeshares or vacations, i'm not interested." very condescendingly, he replies, "well, i hate timeshares and vacations."

i told him i was busy. he then says, "well, why'd you answer, then?"

yes... why did i answer...

i hung up, and the same number called two hours later.

unemployment is a huge problem in america, but if we could get rid 500,000+ telemarketing jobs, i'd be that much more grateful.

HELLO PEOPLE LISTEN TO ME!!!! I HAD BEEN GETTING BOMBARDED WITH THESE CALLS ALL SUMMER LONG FROM THIS FICTICIOUS COMPANY "GULF BAY INCORPRATED" @ THE SAME # 877-824-8167 AND THE CALLS FINNALY CEASED FOR AROUND 2 MONTHS AFTER I HAD THREATENED THAT i HAD REPORTED THEM TO THE FEDERAL AUTHORITIES ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT-I HAD INTENDED TO BUT NEVER GOT AOUND TO IT ESPECIALLY AFTER THE CALLS SUBSIDED. HOWEVER, NOW THE CALLS HAVE COME BACK WITH A VENGANCE HALFWAY THROUGH SEPTREMBER ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE ONCE AGAIN CHANGED THEIR FICTICIOUS NAME TO "NK 24/7" OR "NB 24/7" (i could not tell which they were saying) AND THEIR NEW BUT SIMILIAR # IS: 877-824-8170. Also, when they were calling themselves "GULF BAY INCORPORATED" they were saying that I was entered in some contest to win a million dollars because I was a preferred creditcard holder although I never owned any CREDITcards; NOW as "NK 24/7" they are saying that I was once again chosen because I was a preferred card holder but now they were pushing some fake healthcare discounts for life and I played along & recorded them until they started asking for my mailing adress and other private info.
NOW LISTEN FOLKS-THERE HAS TO BE ONE THING THAT WE ALL HAVE IN COMMEN AND ITS NOT THE FACT THAT THIS IDENTITY THEFT RING IS CALLING US---NO SIR-WE ALL MUST HAVE DONE BUISNESS IN ONE FORM OR THE OTHER WITH THE SAME ENTITY THAT IS FEEDING THESE PEOPLE OUR INFORMATION!!!!! NOW WHO IS IT?? I PERSONALLY HAVE DONE BUISNESS WITH VERY FEW ENTITIES THAT WOULD HAVE MY # SO WHAT COULD IT BE? AND WHERE ARE WE ALL FROM? I HAVE RESIDED IN NYC FOR PAST YEAR,HAVE YOU ALL? They called once and I didnt answer, but they didnt leave a message.

2 calls in the past hour. No message. No one talks when I answer.

More calls, 3 today alone. i dont answer but they dont leave a message either.

After Reading these posts I called them back(didn't answer when the called me). First time I was disconnected immediately but the second time I got Lou, he identified the company as "Gulf Bay Inc.". He asked if I got a missed call and I said "yes, and I want you to stop calling me. He hung up on me.

They call me like 4-5 times a day, I told them so many times that I'm not interested and stop calling me but they never did, they still keep calling, I went to the dollar store and bought air horn, since then they never called again. Try it, it WORKS!

Have received 17 calls in 2 days from these tools and only once did any one speak. They've upped the ante to 2 million dollars because I have a "VISA Mastercard" Didn't know the companies merged, but hey...didn't get a company name, was in the pharmacy with my sick child and felt I had better things to do than listen to them.

Checked in the web, saw a lot of annoyed comments from people and this minute received another call from this number. promised them if they keep bothering me, go to the police and report. Lets see what is going to happen. This is unbearable to handle that someone knows your name and number and keeps bugging you. Where is famous american system of defending personal information, time, personal space and safety???!!! DO NOT CALL PEOPLE, damn bugs, PEOPLE"S PATIENCE IS NOT EVERLASTING
