You can't be arrested for debt.

I keep receiving calls from debt companies about old debts in 2012. It is so annoying. If it's not one calling you it's another. This was already taken care of but they continue to call. I am getting really frustrated. How do you get them to stop?

unreal how this place has harrased me ...i have no outstanding loan of any kind and they have call my family, and emailed me...when i ask for details they can not give any and demand payment or else........they are a total fraud

These people keep calling my number saying they are going to file against my son. My son was killed in action before the so called debt. I told them to provide me with the paperwork or take a hike and leave me the heck alone!

got a call on 1/20/15 asked for a Krystal than said I owed them money and I had to pay right now. Said they were calling for a checkmate something like that now they have called my family on 2 different phones and said I had 24 hrs. the date today is 1/29/15. same thing they told me on the 1/20/15 had 24 hrs. I dont owe these [people anything and you can not have some arrested for a loan if I am correct. Its embarrassing.

You must work for them as they are a scam.  Some fools that are breaking the law threatening to arrest you are not a legit way to conduct business.  Read up on the FDCPA.  If they continue to harass you as they did me file a complaint with both the Attorney General and the FCC.  Sad part is that they will continue with this practice by changing their phone # and business name.

They left me a message saying was debt from 2009 for Check n go. I asked what state this originated in and they told me a state that I was not living in during 2009. Its a scam.

They are now using the name legal mediation service....it's crap. I was naive enough to give them my money 2 months ago. Stupid they tried to get me for the same non existing debt and using multiple phone numbers as well. I'm furious that I let this happen and frustrating that it's bigger than all of us. I will spend time filing complaints, but confident they won't be stopped. Get a real job thieves!

Victoria called and would not give me any information, continued to ask me to verify my birth date and last 4 of my ss#, when I wouldn't verify, of course the threats came.  I simply hung up the phone.

Make a claimant with the BBB and report them to your state attorney as I have done. They are big time scam artist that are trying to scare people into to give money away that does not belong to them.

This company called me on a debt that is over 8 yrs old. When I asked for information to be given they refused and started demand payment and stating over and over I owed this debt. I have report them to the BBB and my State Attorney's office. Don't give them anything and once you start fighting back with them they hang up. This company is looking for easy pickings DON'T BE ONE OF THEM!

They must be randomly calling numbers as the recording was unintelligible on who they are looking for and they probably make up a false debt once they have you on the line giving out personal info, etc.  These scam collectors are out of control with calling work phones now.

sems this company is still around or back with a new number. i received a call from 253 218 6034 who left a robo message they were advanced capitol solutions about a collection (but the number does not come up with a business name on caller id , unlike most)  and to call 888 797 5028 - i tried calling that and there was no answer or option to leave msg

I received calls from Advanced Capital Solutions for the duration of 2 weeks on a daily basis. They were looking for my wife stating she had an outstanding $1700 debt from a cash advance place. She had went to them in 2000 for a $250 loan and was repaid right away. This company refuses to provide any paperwork providing a valid debt. I made a complaint to BBB.ORG and the calls have stopped. Their response to the BBB was they would send in writing the debt to our home. This has not happened and I don't anticipate it happening. Anyone who receives these calls should file a complaint with the BBB and it will stop the harassment. I also recorded every voicemail and informed them of the legal statutes of harassment. Once the non validity of the debt is proven the person being harassed is eligible for $1000- $1500 per call.

Advance Captial Solutions called my sister in law regarding a loan which was non existent supposedly taken out by my son.  They are scam artists. They also us 844-610-2720

They called and left messages, very smug and rude on the messages, then left messages woth my sister and even ruder to her. I called them back and asked the normal questions, who, what, where and why, and The inquired about a Old college loan that was done with. I told them that and he kept being rude, and when I told him I will have my lawyer call to handle this matter he hung up while I was still talking lol
I don’t now how they expect people to pay or even want to pay when they frat people like that.

Stated i need to pay them before further action.
