Writing from Switzerland. I got a call from +88213100199 at 4 am. Was sleeping and did not answer. People all over the world received calls from this number which costs a lot if you call back. This is a fake... Check the link http://www.monblog.ch/commedansdubeurre/?p=200809221444075#reactions where people from Switzerland, France, Africa,... are speaking about this also.

These 88213 ****** mobile satellite numbers are being used to scam people across Europe, Africa and even the Caribbean.  They have been allocated to Telespazio.  The mobile networks are sharing the revenue with Telespazio.  Why are the Regulators in each country allowing this multi-million dollar revenue sharing scam.

been called by that number too, luckily on the office phone so I could call back without doing harm to my bank account ;) finally a French speaking answering machine was talking stuff I did not understand ;)

+88123 is the prefix for emsat satellite services but the number itself (after 88213) seems not to match the emsat formatting rules...

The number +88213100199 just called my cellphone, what's up with that?

I've been called to.
If you call back might be expensive. Still phone companies don't know where these calls come from. Somebody thought they are going throug a satellite and it's a way to get money with people calling back.
But I've seen that for a short call back it cost about 1-2 euro.

this number called me on 9.12 at 1 in morning. didn't call back.

i (from switzerland) was called today (9.december 2008) too. funny, there were no body, the person put the phone off. maybe a person who's very lonely^^ i couldn't find the country.

I'm from Switzerland to and they called at time where i slept... On the 10th of december 2008 at 5.20 am. I didn't heard it but that's not a problem for me ;)
Maybe they calling all Swiss at the moment, I don't know.
