I was called by this number at 2342pm GMT(+0) I live in Scotland. Less than a ring and it cut off. I was holding my phone in my hand when it rang so that gives you an idea of how little time I had. I figured it was a scam so I carried out a quick search here and found yourselves. XD. I am with Vodafone..

i found it out.. it was international networks that called u and it was not +88 it was +882 and i found out that it was from asia :S

Someone with the same number called me 1/9 at 21:49 swedish time,, sooo [***] bisarrdddd!!

Still calling Swedish numbers - just got a call 5 min ago. Annoying!!

Im from Norway and have telenor mobil. They (?) called at 14:16 on aug 29. Who can stop this? CSI?

Semms like they are into swedes at the moment! I live in Sweden and just got a call 00:20 sep 3, quick search online and i found this site :) i have Halebop btw..

I sent Vodafone an email, this is the reply...

I have checked the account and can see that this number is a satellite number and the network provider is Telecom France. It might be a scam and if you receive any such calls then you can contact the police station.

I wish they could have been more helpful and explained how they got my number!

yes ... me last night in the ue... tried to call it back (like an idiot!!) and it wouldn't ring the number anyway thank god

Vodafone should do their homework properly first.  Provider is not Telecom France.
Please read my long explnation at the beginning of section 3, posted yesterday.  It should tell you who is behind the 00 (88213) 100199 scheme!

it belongs to addde mattsson in sweden. he uses it so scam people for money. his personal phonenumber is: +46704618503.
