Hello, this number is not a Bangladesh-number, as the country code for Bangladesh is in fact 880, and not 882. In fact it is a satellite number belonging to EMSAT, you can probably contact them for more information, but it is true that it usually is very expensive to call these numbers back. But in case you do not have a distant relative sailing in the middle of some ocean whom you might expect to be called from, do not call back.

NICHT zurückrufen ! Es kann teuer werden. Grundsätzlich gilt: wenn's wichtig ist ruft die Person nochmals an. Momentan scheinen Schweizer Nummern abgegrast zu werden. Hab folgendes gefunden:

Vorwahl 0088213 - EMSAT-Satellit oder Dialer-Trick?
Die Vorwahl-Nummer "0088213" ist eigentlich für Verbindungen zum EMSAT-Satelliten vorgesehen. Es besteht jedoch mittlerweile der Verdacht, dass viele diese Satelliten-Rufnummern in Wirklichkeit im Festnetz geschaltet sind und nur als Ersatz für teure 0190-Rufnummern dienen.

Dies wird auch belegt durch eine Information des EMSAT-Satellitenbetreibers Eutelsat vom 18.04.2004 (war einige Zeit im Internet-Auftritt von Eutelsat).

In dieser Information wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die eigentlichen EMSAT-Nummern einem bestimmten Schema unterliegen, wenn es sich tatsächlich um eine Satelliten-Nummer handelt. In allen übrigen Fällen ist die Nummer von der italienischen Telefongesellschaft Telespazio angemietet worden, die sie ihrerseits wieder untervermietet hat.

Die Verbindung zum EMSAT-Satelliten erfolgt nur, wenn die Rufnummer wie folgt aufgebaut ist:

00-88213-xx-yyy-z

xx: 00, 10, 20, 30, 41, 46, 58, 60, 85, 86
yyy: 000, 001,002, ...., 998, 999
z: 1, 2, 3

Die Nummer 00-88213-10-019-0 ist daher keine EMSAT-Nummer, weil xx=10 und z=9. Diese Nummer gehört daher höchstwahrscheinlich zu einem Dialer.

Called me today at 1 o'clock in the morning in Switzerland, when I was a sleep, so I didn't pick up.

THIS IS A SPAM CALL -  BE CAREFULL!!  They try to get you to call back and then charge you a lot of money for this.  It's a satelite number, so you would not be able to find out where they are.

Our goverment tried to stop this, but so far they are not very successful.

Just received a call from this number. I'm from Switzerland. Received the call at 19h50. I have two different phone number and the number who have been called is only known by 5 persons (my very private number).
But because it's an easy number (gold number), I think that they call numbers by random.

This number called me and a friend earlier today, is connected to EMSAT, Mobile Satellite Service. And Yes it's FRAUD - so what ever you do - DO NOT RETURN THE CALL.
