I keep getting calls from a number that was blocked, the latest one instructs me to call back about a very vague, and very important "case file". The number requested to call back is 888 206 4556.

Same as David. Googled the number and found a link to a website providing child care resources. The number lists Panda Bear Publications. Could be an old toll free number taken over by a telemarketing group. The voice message about urgently trying to reach me about a case?!? Doesn’t match up.

My favorite thing was the tone of the voice mail. A woman's voice says "I called several times and sent a few mailers... not sure why we haven't heard back". How rude of me to not respond!

Caller says they are wondering why they haven't heard back from me. Gee, maybe because you are a scammer? Shady and stupid.

Returned call to this number from a different phone than the one I had received the VM on. A gentleman answered "how may I help you?" with no greeting or identification given. I explained that I was returning a call and he said, "hum....must be a misdial".

I got a call from them. Spoke with Jim who was nice. Kelly was the person who left a rude voicemail. Not sure if this is real but it's extended warranty info.

I too have been receiving voicemail stating that they have been wondering why I haven’t been returned their calls and that they’ll leave the files open and to call 888-206-4556. Definitely a scam.

Same! Lady said she tried calling several times, sent emails and I wasn't responding about the factory warranty on my car I got 6 months ago lol

Extended warranty scam.

Called me, Jessica was her name, same as above, didn't understand why have not responded.  So... I responded, they were trying to collect on a car warranty, told me the Cars Recalls would be forfeited.  Laughed, called the dude a dumbass and hung up the phone.

Just received the same exact message as John...seems like they are a marketing company trying to sell extended vehicle coverage. I just blocked the number.

Just got the same voicemail. Call was from a private number and the vm said they've sent mailers and not sure why they haven't heard from me. Conveniently, that's where the message starts at no point do they state the name of the company trying to reach me. Definitely a scam.

Got the same message about a vehicle warranty with a girl named Jessica with the same “don’t know why we haven’t heard back” in a snotty tone.

Same as others.  First 10 seconds of vm is cut off, not sure why they haven't heard back, if I want to keep case open they need to hear from me.  Deleted!

The phone number came through as restricted and went right to voicemail.

Yes!! Same tone of voice in the message that she left me, as well. Something about Vehicle Warranty.

definitely a scam I received the same phone call saying they they’ve sent out mailers and I haven’t contacted them back. It’s obviously a scam since they listed no company, car type, or even used my name - glad I trusted my gut and deleted it.
