Same description as others. Lady cuts off after a few seconds, called multiple times and sent mailers and not sure why havent responded. Think its for extended warranty but was muffled.

It's super important you call back, we are keeping your file open.  It's some crap about your car's extended warranty.    I ask them to give me their actual business same so I can look them up online.  Funny, they always hang up!      Obviously a scam.

Went straight to vm, had to replay message twice to hear it.  Said same as everyone's above "not sure why... keep case file open... " etc.

Sounds like the fake car warranty scam.

Received this same voicemail this morning wanting me to call 888-206-4556. It came through as telemarketer from a number 949-666-7208 which had a location of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.  I don’t know how people can live with themselves with scamming people. Elderly are targeted so much. Don’t answer unless you know who is calling. If it’s important then the caller will leave a message.

I felt like I was being scolded for not responding to the “several fliers” they sent. She just can’t “figure out WHY I haven’t responded.”  And apparently, “it is super important” that I call back “TODAY” to keep my “case file opened.”

“Super important”? Lol. Classy.

Hilarious. Very poor job of sounding real—I mean, what business speaks to a customer that way. Total FAIL.

I got the same call from Jessica, very rude saying they haven’t heard back from me and I have to call back today. This is obviously a scam for so many reasons (no company name, no mention of my name, scammy tone), but also my car is leased, I know exactly what dealer services it, and I don’t have an extended warranty. Who falls for this?

Correct, you give me no make and model of the car I supposedly own and you don't give any details. FAKE

As of 2/8/2022 they are still at it.  I received a call very similar to those already mentioned.  They don't mention the name of the company; said they've called and sent mailers; super important that I call them back today.  I was tempted to call them back and mess with them....maybe later.  I'm wondering if they can even tell me what kind of a car I currently own to match up with the warranty they are most likely trying to sell me.

definitely the rudest scam call I’ve ever gotten. I actually called them back and they seemed very convincing, asking for my car information. they also tried to guilt me, saying they’d reached out several times and heard nothing back. then when i got suspicious about it being a scam the guy started pressuring me and interrogating me. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with the conversation and wanted to end the call, he laughed at me! What a jerk. definitely scam.
