This is absolutely rediculous. They called me twice within the same hour, and i called back after being tricked into giving all of my information. The first call, all reps busy. The second call, they were closed (wtf?!), the third time, they actually called me "with exciting news!!" are you serious? I wonder what this wonderful news could be...i spoke to a woman and immediately demanded to speak with her supervisor, guess what? "My computer program does not allow me to do that, we have no supervisors on this floor"  No supervisors on the floor?! Ok, well that explains all the loudness and party sounds in the back (no joke). I got frusturated and hung up on the [***]. My boyfriend called, and spoke to RICHARD MONAHAN. From what i heard he was polite and somewhat helpful. We told them that if they did not wipe all of my information from their database a federal complaint would be filed, since at first they told me $4 a week for 12 months and then AFTER i give my info it was $80/mo for twelve months, which i cannot afford, as i tried to tell them. We'll see if this helped.

Just got off the phone with these guys. They were very nice to me, though they did call about six times. My phone was on silent and hadn't realized that they had called. So I called the number back and talked to a very nice lady that had just started with the company. She told me about the $1,000,000 sweepstakes and all 5 of the magazines that I could get for free, the watch, and everything if I could just pay $4.99 for just one of these subscriptions. I asked if I would recieve a paper statement, or if I had to pay over the phone. She said that she would have a supervisor call me back, shortly. So I waited, and instead of getting a call from a supervisor, I got a call back from a young man, who had no idea that I had just spoken to another lady, about the very same thing, not five minutes previous. This started to sound fishy, so I googled the phone number, and found this website. The supervisor did call me back and explained what happened with the other young man and wanted to confirm my subscription. She told me that I could have all of these magazines, and a watch for the price of a subscription to one of these magazines at $4.99 per week. I told her, "I thought that it was a monthly payment of $4.99?" she said, "No, it's weekly, but you're getting 5 magazines." So I replied, "But if a magazine only comes out once a month, costing $4.99, and I'm paying 4 times per month, doesn't it logically stand that I'm paying for 4 magazines per month, and receiving only 1 free magazine?" I think I hurt her pride, a little bit, because she started trying to break down the math so that it didn't seem like I was going to be paying $20.00/month for 1 magazine and receiving 4 others for free, but I wasn't swayed, obviously. So she asked, "So I understand that you are not going to subscribe, because you misunderstood the price, before?" I told her that she was correct and that I will not be subscribing. Then, before she hung up, I asked, "Am I still in the sweepstakes?" to which she stated, "Of Course!" That was the end of the conversation, and hopefully the end of my relationship with this particular company.

Phone calls from these people started at 9:00 this morning, it's now 2:00 pm and they've called 5 times.  I don't answer numbers from unknown parties... perhaps they'll catch on eventually.

I keep getting calls on my cell from this number, but when I pick up, I just hear background noise and then it disconnects in a few moments.  Very annoying.

Filing a Do-Not-Call Complaint

How to File a Complaint

whenever i am in school, i always get calls from this number but i never answer it and i havent called it back. how did they get my number???

I got  a call from this number this morning and they were talking about sending a diamond watch and talked about some magazines.I had to disconnect the line after talking for 5 mins becasue i was at work and I was about to go to a meeting.They asked me what magazines i like and i said US  week or something which was on their list, but i never gave them my credit card number or anything , i hope they dont charge me.

the man was nice when i called the number back, it was a sales/1 million dollar contest. I asked to be removed, im sure it wont happen so I saved the number on my phone as "Dont answer"

I called back the number from my cell phone and when the live operator got on all I said was I want to remove my number from your calling list and they said no problem.  Hopefully I don't get any more of these calls!

Such a pain. I answered the phone, and the call was disconnected.

this stupid number keeps calling me and then they hang up

For the last 2 days this # called. When I say hello they just hang up!

I called the number back and spoke to a rep that told me I'm in the running for a million dollar drawing. Then tried to sell me discount magazine subscriptions. Then she said they will send me a watch. I typically use my cell# when I go to web sites. I would much rather get these calls on my cell then my home#

i got a call from a foreigner lookin for one of my friends on my number. i asked what it was and he said "courtesy call" i said what kind, and he hung up on me.

i got the call to and i changed the ring tone to silant so it wont eat up my time  and my min on my cellphone

They called and said that I had won an all expenses paid trip to any of 20 locations and that all I had to do was pay the shipping and handling to get the package sent to my home. It's a SCAM!!! They wanted me to give them my bank account info to bill the "shipping" but it's all a scam to get your info and ruin you! Don't answer this number!

Why can't someone report them to the point that they get shut down. Isn't some part of this illegal?

Do answer the number and tell them to leave you the hell alone! I have only been available to answer once out of the 25 times they have called and they hung up when I picked up. They call when I'm sleeping....they call after "regulated soliciting" hours!

Someone please do something!

i got scammed by these ppl yesterday and they took $80 from my account! i went to my bank today and since the charge was still pending they gave me an 800 number to call and discuss my issue with... the 800 number sent me to IMC Inc.! when the company called me to scam me they said they were called Omni Present but then when i called back it sent me to IMC... WEIRD!

they keep callin me and its realy poing off if any knows how to make it stop please tell me

i get calls from this number continuously at least 3-4 times per day...when this first started i fell for it and excepted the magazine offer, they told me that it would be like $7 per month and that i could cancel at any time and would recieve 8 magazine subscriptions of my choice,  now they charge me $39.92 every month directly off of my debit card and i have tried to call and cancel and they now tell me that i am under contract for 5 YEARS!!!, i'm kind of wondering how i can sign a contract that i didn't even agree to over the phone!!!?, but they continue to call me every day, only now they never answer when i pick up, and when i call back they leave me on hold forever and no1 ever answers, i put my number on a national do not call list since it is my cell phone that they are calling....guess we'll see if that works
