i receive repeated calls from this number a day and it's extremely annoying. i'm ready for it to stop!

this number keeps calling me asking for someone named blake and when i try to call it back, i get a noise like dial-up modem connecting to the internet.  i'm getting to the point that i'm gonna file a complaint with the police and report them for harrassment.

They called me yesterday, and like a dope, I fell for it. About 10 minutes afterward, I realized the error of my ways and attempted to call them back and fight the good fight with them, but low and behold, instead of getting a ringtone, I get what sounds like an old 33.6K modem sound, and that's it. No person, or even a message.

OOOOO......get this one....I just called IMC using another number that someone else had been contacted on. When someone DID answer, they told me that THEY were CALLING ME! When I informed him that I had called him, he got all stuttery and hung up on me. The number I called was 1-877-430-5176

I had 3 missed calls on my cellphone yesterday, about 2 hours apart. No message was left. Today I got a call 2 times from the same number on my cellphone. I let it go to voicemail and no message was left. When I got home I tried to call the number and got what sounded like a dial up modem or a fax machine. I then decided to research it and found this cite.

I got a call from this number, and got so tired of it I answered it. They said I was entered into a drawing for so much money because I was a visa and or mastercard holder. Then she goes are you still a holder of those cards? I hung up on her.

The phone #'s are bogus.  Their phone switch is set to throw off false numbers.
After years and years of news reports telling you DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, those of you stupid enough to give such info to them have no excuse not to be ripped off.
How damn dumb can you be than to give your credit card number to a stranger over the telephone.  Are you nuts?

Unbelievable!  Even after this many complains nobody can stop these guys from calling!?  They must be really good.  Can we call our phone company?

This number calls me at least 10 times a day and NEVER says anything when I pick up the phone. I tried calling them back and I just get this loud beeping noise. This is soooooo annoying.

i picked up didnt say anything and they just hang up. i dialed back and there was a roaming sound.

what ever happened to joining the national do not call list? Furthermore, I'm not 100% sure either way whether to trust these guys, anyone who was called about a sweepstakes/free watch/magazines all at once, saying you were a cardholder of visa or w.e that's who i spoke to about half an hour ago, They seemed legit in my opinion, but another thing is YOU CAN DISPUTE THE CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Not to mention you could ask more questions of telemarketers to try and pry out the whole story, but what it seems to me is a lot of people here don't try to get the whole story, and of course not everyone even bothers talking to them, which of course is another option, but for all you know there could be a genuine sweepstakes and whatnot and you just missed out on it, so you should simply try to figure out the whole story, and if you don't think its worth risking your credit being destroyed, then go right ahead and ignore it, because i agree with that, but then again i risked it, and if they can get your address and stuff, its because either they Hacked to get it(unlikely) or the credit card company trusts them. But anyways, get on the national do not call list, if you're in the US, and if you're not, that sucks, because i think they only call in the US, And lastly Dispute the charges with your credit card company(card services number should be on the back of your card)Fix things if someone else f***ed them up. and if you cant? get rid of the card and have them freeze it so you can pay it off etc,etc, If it's debit? go to your bank, close the account, and open a new one
tell the bank their service sucks because you cant get your money back, etc,etc, and get a bank that doesn't suck.

IMC has a new number 866-963-4940. They have called 5 times today.They promised me a watch of gold and diamonds and free magazines.But i would have to pay 4 dollars and some change.For one of the magazines. I pulled the web up quickly and saw they where a scam i told her that on the phone no sir she said you can talk to my sup.I laugh and hung up them they called my house phone they hung before i could get to it.i cant wait for them to call again.
