Get frequent calls, using my correct name, stating it is "billing" and that they want to make sure I received the correct "info" on my statement and that if i didn't get a statement, I can call them back to get the correct 'info" as they can't leave the 'info" in a message due to privacy laws. no company name was ever mentioned, only Lucille at 312-470-2631

These a_______s have been calling me for years.  They can simply tell that I am not Richard Agar Marahumir, since I am a female senior citizen .   This number probably once belonged to richard agar marahumir, but they dont get it!!!!!!  Is there some legal action I can take against them?
They have repeatedly told me that they would remove my name from their list, but to no avail.

I keep receiving calls from this number asking me if I am someone else (namely, my sister). WTF???

BTW, the number they are trying to reach me at is my Google Voice number.

Have received three calls from this number with the same scenario everyone else has had except the calls are for my Daughter-in-law who passed away 3 years ago.  I listened to the call this time to see what it was about and it was this Stacy person who called. How can you stop this.  It is upsetting to say the least.  I have put my phones on the "No Call" lists.

Received several calls threatened to have warrant for my arrest n I could lose my license n they started calling other people I knew.They are very aggressive n threatening
