Even though some have expressed their satisfaction with this collection agency, a majority of the consumers have complaints against them. Given below are some of those complaints:

   They call the wrong person: Consumers complain that the CA calls the wrong people for debts which they have never owed. Check this out.
   They refuse to provide written documents: A customer says that the CA was calling him repeatedly to collect a debt. They said he owed them $2900 and demanded an immediate payment of $2000. The customer was not sure whether he owed this debt and demanded written documents from the CA to validate the debt. But the company denied providing him with any written documents. Know the details.
   They call at workplace and threaten: A lady claims that Leading Edge Recovery Solutions LLC called her husband at his workplace to collect a debt. When she called them back, they threatened to sue her husband and take the money out of her bank account. Check it out.
   They harass family members: Some people accuse that the CA harasses not just the debtors, but also their family members. An active duty army personnel complained that the CA was harassing his family members continually. They kept calling his parents looking for him, even though he did not owe any kind of debt whatsoever! Know more.
   They collect debts which do not even exist: A consumer says that Leading Edge Recovery contacted him to collect a debt related to the US Bank. He was very surprised to hear this as he had never dealt with US Bank in his life! He claims that this collection agency is a scam company. Find out more.

I looking at the many YEARS THIS # HAS BEEN HOUNDING PEOPLE!  My calls started in May 2012 & cont. even tho I put on Gov do not call list & have used the email address asking them to stop....NOT HAPPENING.  We're almost 80 yrs old & this is SENIOR HARASSMENT.  We do not owe or want debt services. PLEASE...ANY INFO ON HOW TO STOP THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY?

If no toddler better still play the above link, I'm using it on all nuisance callers and it's bloody working a treat. I'm down to a few calls a month and I was getting 5 a day at one point.

I got this phone call left a message saying its a debt collection.  They need to stop. Its a scam.

Received several calls from Leading Edge Rec. Checked on line and they were bought out by another Co. in Oct. 2014, so why are they using old name! Think this is bogus.

I have reported Consumer Credit & Collections Corp to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  I am really tired of the robo calls to home phone disturbing us at all hours of the day and night. They just keep calling and if you call the number they leave 1-888-306-0520 it is also a recording stating that by continuing the call you are consenting.  I'm not consenting to anything so I hang up.  I am sure I do not owe anyone anything so this has to be a scam of some description.
