- Nathan replies to Harry ScherzerMy 74 year old mother got took by these people this week. I told her to check them out online first and she said she did, but obviously she didn't because I can't find a website for them at all. They claimed they would reduce her interest rates on her credit cards and for a day it looked like thats what they did but then the next day Bank Of America called back and denied her, stating that Logicworks lied to them about her income, which they did. After seeing the scam alerts online about them I made her call her bank and put a stop payment on the automatic withdrawl of $598. She then called them and told them she was not going to pay them and they threatened to send her to a collection agency, when she told them she had contacted an attorney they hung up on her. They seem to like to prey on elderly women who really can't afford to lose $598 to a con artist. These kind of people should be locked up and the key thrown away but yet we put all our resources into throwing pot smokers in jail while letting scum like this pull the same scam over and over. If they call your home tell them you know they are con artists and if they call again you will turn them in. The only way to shut them down is to spread the word.
- TED replies to Harry Scherzer| 2 repliesAlthough I love your determination, I too have gathered a lot of information, including recordings. I have tracked down a lot of information. Unless they have moved from New York recently, you are advertising a cloud based computing company called Logic Works. The fake company doing this is based in Vancouver or Silverdale, Washington and has removed the space from the name, LogicWorks is the current alibi. But they say they are from Orlando. Either way, I have pinpointed two addresses, and they can run now, but I have them. Their downfall? Try to scam a corporate security officer.
PS. I would not post this unless they have already been found. I will be posting again soon with information you will need to help put them further in the hole they have dug. I have not ruled out a tie to Logic Works, but that will also be forthcoming.
Phone number that has been tracked = 360-633-9052
Emily and Steve, you can run, but please try and hide. Your done. - OrbieD replies to TEDGot a call from these scam artist creeps. Kept calling my home and I also am on the do not call list. This was on Dec. 4, 2012. Asked if they had a website and they said "no". What legit, established company now days does not have their own website?? When are you going to post more info. on them? Be fun to get back at them somehow, these bottom feeding, low life parasites.
- S LeeMy wife fell for the scam and it is a scam because they go into the credit card companies pleading hardship which doesn't look good on credit when you have good credit. My wife immediately closed the checking account, cancelled all of her credit cards getting new cards and account numbers issued, had any changes to her cards reversed, put password security on all accounts, and putting alerts on all three credit bureau reports.
We know it is a scam because afterward someone tried to open a credit card in my wife's name. Now she sees anything that is unusual with her credit or credit cards being flagged, and now nobody can access her accounts or credit information without her knowledge.
Just make sure nobody opens credit cards in your name.
Make sure you put alerts and blocks on all credit reporting companies.- Caller: Logic Works

- vicki replies to Roger marbleThese people called me this morning and told me I can lower your credit card Interest. and it is all free. then she took some informationn and said someone else would call me . A man called me from 360-633-9052 and said he would lower my interest rate on my cards. I beleived him. But after he was talking to me for 2 hours trying to go through all my cards and got lots of information. he said he wanted 598 from me. I said I thought this was free. he contiuned to tell me how much I would be saving if it did this. so I went along with it. till the end when they said we need your checking account number. I told him I had to talk to my husband which was not home . so he would have to wait. they kept calling me and it would come up unavailable. I answered and it was a woman named Ericka. and she said we did our job you need to pay us and we will help you for a lifetime. I said you did nothing for me and I said I want your number to call you back. she said she could not give me that. I looked on line for their name and address. so I asked her the name of her company and the zip code she told me the name but didnt know her zip code. then I told her she was a scammer and never to call me again.
- KathieI too fell for this scam. I spoke with three seperate individuals throughout the course of original phone call. They promised to lower the interest rates on all of my credit cards to a fixed rate of 4.5%. As it turned out I ened up closing out two credit card accounts to get a lower rate. The individual I last spoke with instructed to call him back on 11/24/12 to continue working on adjusting the rates on other cards. Upon attempting to contact him the phone did nothing but ring busy for more than three weeks (888-868-5460). When I attempted to reach my other contact his number rang then disconnected. I did some research and found that they often change their numbers once they have collected their $596.00 from you. I went to my bank and made a compliant and they worked with me in getting my money returned to me. This company needs to be stopped.

- Wes Welker replies to TEDSo if these parasites never actually got any of the fraud money from me, do they have any recourse for ruining my credit? Calling all the credit agency's, filing a complaint to the BBB, and blocking all phone calls from them is that enough to bury them? Any other suggestions?
