Virgin Mobile computer recorded message calling to say that my minute pack will expire in 3 days.

If I don't recognize or KNOW the number, I will not answer..

I Have been getting calls from 888 322 1122 which appears to be Virgin Mobile where I have my cell phone registered. I hardly use my phone and the last top up was on 4/10. Except for 4 phone calls that my husband made from the home phone I have not used it. However, on the following days I have received calls from the number above:
5/4 at 2.32 pm, 2.33 / 5/8 at  10.24 twice, on 5/17 at 5.31, 532, 5.34

All these calls are charged to my cell phone when they actually come from Your company or Virgin Mobile. Is this how I use up minutes because I may not charge enough. Also, suddenly, I am trying to call voice mail and I need a password. That was not put in by me, so I have a dozen calls to my voice mail and can never get into it. PLEASE, IF ANYBODY READS THIS, STOP IT !   SO FAR I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH VIRGIN MOBILE!

Not sure why the called me I do not have a virgin mobile phone.

888 322 1122 is virgin mobile;
assuming someone did not spoof call you.

Looks like they are still at it.  My wife missed calls from this number at 1:53, 1:54, and 1:54.  Note the lack of gap between those last two times. :(  No message, or identification.

This is Virgin Mobile/Assurance Wireless/possibly other prepaid cell phone/Lifeline (Obamaphone) customer service, based in India.  Whatever call center this is, they have ZERO chill, they will call your phone 15 times in a row if they want to talk to you, or call you 15 times in a row a day every day... if this is a cultural barrier thing they need to seriously brush up or fck off because I refuse to deal with them & changed providers exclusively to avoid the annoying customer service reps.  And they are so annoying that they've been reported as spammers/scammers on all the Caller ID sites/apps.

I tried many times to call this Virgin Mobile number to cancel my account, and I get a guy who answer, "Thank you for calling Virgin Mobile. Talk to you later." Then he hangs up.
