They are a Fraud because only a HARASSING FRAUD does NOT LEAVE a message. A legit company like Citibank identifies themselves and leaves a voicemail. However, harassing fraudsters from some Third World place wont leave a message. NEVER CALL THEM BACK, NEVER PAY ANYONE RINGSNG YOUR PHONE FOUR AND FIVE TIMES PER DAY..

Call these guys back,there are calling for a good reason, they helped me catch a missed payment, these are merely the service people not the debt collection people,in my case anyways

Fraud! One of the "your car is out of warranty" scams.

I just blocked their number---they can keep calling but I don't have to listen to the phone ring now---automatically hangs up

Been getting calls from this number for the past week. All hours of the day. Up to 6 times a day. Yesterday I answered it in a very low voice. They said they were from Paypal Credit. I kept saying "Hello" in a very low voice. Then I asked if she could hear me. She said she could, and I screamed into the phone to quit fng calling me.
Phone hasn't rang since.

Kept calling and not leaving a message.  I called them back from a government office and they refused to identify who they were or respond to my question.   That should tell you everything you need to know.  Block this number from your phone immediately.

It is illegal if they have been asked to stop calling.
