My dad got a message from some lady who said that she was with a company called Triad and that there is a lawsuit against me. She asked if I ever was served for this lawsuit and stated that my wages will be garnished. She told me to contact a Bill Windsor @ 951-530-1436 for more information. I think its a collections company trying to get people to contact them. I never called back. I also ran a credit report to see if there was anything on my credit history. Nothing. Jerks!

Well you went about that all wrong that's yall's problem you come into dealing with collectors on a negative. Yes!!! they call you. you took off with someone else's money!! you need to be more proactive in resolving your debt. that is after all how the economy stays a float.
But this agency I know for a fact does harbor the worst collectors and they can be rude and nasty. Just resolve your debt and they are of no consequence pay your f***ing bill. it's really that simple.

Triad Financial is a real company, and they dont play not to say that they are real or not. you probably should have called them and asked for a validation of debt and also copies of the judgement or ask for the case number or what county you were sued in. It's public info from there. Keep in mind you credit report does not always show you a judgement but if you havent been served and there is a judgement go to the county the judgement was obtained in go to the court house ask for papers to file a motion to vacate the judgement and challenge service. It's really quite simple.

they dont loan money they are a collection agency idiot! what are you mad about you put yourself into a position to have to deal with these bottom feeders. But this is a bottom feeder agency!!!

They have been calling my work on several occassions claiming i owe on a loan. I don't have a clue what they are talking about. Yesterday they faxed papers to my work wanting to verify my income.

This number keeps calling me day and night, even at 1:30 A.M.  I have listened to the message but have never called back.  It says "This is not a sales call.  There is an important  matter with our company that needs immediate attention.  Call 1-888-414-0763  refer to this reference # 1171956

That's the exact same thing that happened to my husband! They've already called his chain of command. What did you do?

Just got another call from these people. I know my payments are up to date, and I have no outstanding loads. For a year I've asked time and time again to send proof. I have yet to receive anything from this company.

Yeah, that site is a bogus forum owned and moderated by attorneys that advertise "Don't want to pay your bill? Sue the collectors!" Financial equivalent of ambulance chasers. Don't believe me? do a DNS lookup and reverse the registered owner of the domain. not hard and public information.

First off, I don't answer any phone number I don't recognize. If it's important leave me a voicemail. This is what led me here. I've been getting calls for weeks non-stop from a few different numbers. They all turn out to be from this Nationwide DMS company.

Messages are left by some woman named Kelly. I've never spoken to any of their reps in person and now that I know this is a collection agency and not some valid business I frequent, I hopefully never will. Numbers I have been called from are 888-414-0763 and 916-369-6590

It's also very misleading the messages, calling from Nationwide (the name of a bank/mortgage company) wanting to talk urgently about your account. I wonder how many people fall for that.

These people keep calling me and leaving messages that they want information regarding my son.

This individual now works for another lame collection agency called
Kentwood.

Caller called and asked for me by MY name. Then asked to speak to Chris (could not pronounce his last name). I told him I did not have his number.

He then said "I understand him and his wife are having probelms, but they need to call me  TODAY".

Get a phone call on my cell phone from a Richard look for my brother-in-law. Wanted me to take a message and give it to him.  I told him that I had no way of contacting him and would take the message but not promise anything.  I asked how he got my cell number.  He said he was doing an investigation looking for him and was contacting his relatives.  You find anythnig on the Internet.  I hate the fact that he was harrassing me and got me cell phone number.  He also asked which brother I was married to so he would bother my husband with the same call.  How considerate....I think not!

Called me asking for my wife and badly mispronounced the name. they call her all the time claiming she ows money. she doesn't owe anything. the same company called me saying that I owe thousands but a small payment would settle it. we both requested a claim in writing. my wife is bullied when they call. I told them not to call and she did too.this is an unprofessional. they block the number when they call and threaten legal action as well.

I got another call from this company wanting my daughter. She hasn't been at this number since 2002.

How can I get her to quit giving out our address and phone?

Sick of getting her deadbeat collections calls day and night.
