This company nationwide dms calls my work everyday. I have repeatedly told these people to never call me at work. Each time I get a call from a different number even an unlisted number as we'll. I was in a bad place and got a online pay day loan which I regret getting. I was paying the company couldn't pay once and the manager went off on me talking over me and talking down to me. They told me if I didn't pay they would contact my employer an garnish my wages. I was making my payments to Bank of America they have an acct there. This company calls themselves legal team-lawyers. How can I stop them from calling my work place ?

    Annoyed.
They have called 3x.  Asking for someone who is not at my number.  Saying it is urgent. Only identifying as Nationwide DMS.  After having read these comments, I am not going to return their calls, and have had their number blocked by my phone carrier.  I don't owe anyone anything!

This number called me today saying they were from some company (that I didn't catch all of but part of it had to do with Social Security Disability) she asked if there was anyone in my house who was hurt/disabled who needed benefits or something. I stopped her, said you can take me off your list because I actually WORK for Social Security.  Click. Call blocked on my phone.

They have called my work, my wife and my family repeatadly. I contacted them and said to send me what they believe I owe, original creditors name for my review as legally I have 30 days to dispute this. That set them into a condescending mode about why I did not open my mail, why my life was so bad I could not pay my debt, and how I was a bad risk. I only asked for the correspondence in writing so first I could dispute it legally, second so I could send them a letter to cease and dissist contacting my work, friends and family which is the legal wat to do this under the federal trade commision laws. Lets see if I even get any mail as it seems by other posts this is not the case!

These people keeping calling my # trying to reach my husband (with an urgent matter) the guy tries to sound all tough and professional, I can hear the scam in his tone. Never leaves any info as to what this urgent matter is about. I refuse to answer or waste my time calling him back. And they most definitely don't want my husband speaking to them. The # is the same one you listed, but the call back # they leave is completely off the wall. I'm sorry for everyone's issues with these people but glad I found this so that I am certain this is a scam. Let's shut this place down!!!

I had received several recorded messages saying that someone had papers to serve me either at my home or at my place of business. I've received calls like this in the past which I knew were fraudulent. Then my mom received a call from this number, claiming to be collecting on an old Sprint bill, which is not a valid debt. They said my total was 1505.00 (really?!) I told them I needed something in writing that said what I owed, and why and to whom, and they kept saying they would send that when I made payment arrangements. I told the girl I refused to give my account info to anyone who couldn't provide some kind of documentation as to what was owed and why. Offered me a settlement of 500.00 something. Said they had sent a letter to me 45 days ago. I asked to what address as I had received no correspondence from sprint or anything like that since I had sprint (2005). They had supposedly sent the letter to the address I had in 2005. Really? It is not like I have been living without an address. Have only had 2 in the last 10 years. They said they were going to file suit locally (for them) which meant in CA, and that that would make it even more expensive for me. I told them that their scare tactics wouldn't work, and that until they could prove to me I even owed this debt I wouldn't pay anything, that I would go before a judge before I gave them a cent. I then hung up. They also never represented themselves as debt collectors, and never read the statement that all debt collectors read. And though I asked, never provided their company name.

    sick of scammers
These folks are scammers and do not leave any information .  They are now calling friends and family members but will not say why they are calling that person.  If its that important have them send it in the mail.  Do not give out any personal information

I just received a call from a "Mark Anthony" from this number. At the very least, they should get more creative with the names they're requiring their employees to use. Or how about just be honest and real human beings. BTW, for those of you who are receiving calls at your place of employment, if you speak with someone from this number and tell them you are prohibited to receive such calls at your job and they persist, think about hiring an attorney. It's against the law.

Someone name Dave Lopez called me claiming I owe a debt, he was very rude and trying to make me borrow the money bcuz it needed to be paid before the end of today.   I could hear laughing in the background. I told him that I have been receiving fraud calls, he thought it was funny and with his smart remarks saying yea me too. I didn't fine that funny at all.

They get sooooo upset that you really don't understand why they're calling or who they're calling about. "Don't act dumb, you know you took out a loan" is what Sophia said to me. Call me dumb, stupid, whatever...send me paperwork. We've sent paperwork...me, send me paperwork again. They get so upset if you know just a little bit that this is not how debts get paid off. Send me paperwork! They get upset and will keep calling, so I guess ignore it. We have your place of employment, we have your information....send me paperwork! Don't let them bully you!!! Send me paperwork!!!

    realitively pissed
Received a call this morning on my personal cell phone which I don't give out to just anyone nor is it over FB. He asked me if I were a relative by the name of so and so. Not sure how to respond I did so and said yes. He said it was personal business to contact them and couldn't so if I could take down his information and have them call me. I asked him how he got my phone number he said internet. His name was John Garcia with Nationwide DMS, 1-888-414-0763 but he called me from a different phone number. I am going to block his number on my cell phone and hope for the best.
