Received a call let it roll to VM and a heavily accented woman left a message stating that there was a lawsuit against my SS#, this call was a scam! Beware!!!

At around 6 pm a man called our house,my husband answered the phone the caller asked for a Donna,some other last name which has never been mine.The caller stated it was a personal matter and  told my husband he didnt believe that he was my husband asked my husband for the last 4 of my social to prove that he was my husband.Would like to report someone calling from this 888 # and asking for peoples social security number!!!

Debt collection and leave too much information on voicemail. Record messages and turn over to Krohn & Moss law firm in Los Angeles. They will prosecute them...

They want to collect on my "defaulted" student loans. Crazy thing is that I haven't even graduated school yet and am actively enrolled. I smell a scam.

I have received non stop calls on my home phone, work phone and even my cell phone from this company.  No matter who you talk with you are treated as if you reside in a third world country.  They try to intimidate you into believing that they could do all these things to you, yet when you tell them to do what they have to do, they simply just continue to call instead of going through with any debt collection measures that they threaten you with.

I simply ignore them and refuse to take any calls from them.  Actually now, when I see the number I pick up the phone and hang it up.

Call several times a day, every day of the week, morning, noon and night. REALLY sick of it. Once about every ten calls they leave a message saying they are trying to collect a legitimate debt and to please call them back immediately, but never say who they are calling for. SO sick of them!

They have called and called and called. I refuse to answer the phone, have their number on block. When they do leave messages it is just NCO Finical, no account number, no amount owed, no name of a person to call back, etc. I said when because they rarely do leave messages. They called my parents today, told them they were looking for me because the number they had did not have a voice mail set up. I have had the same number for almost a decade. I will not deal with them.

I received calls both on my cell and home phones. I called later and the call receiver ask for an individual I knew but have no present association with. I was informed that the person in question used my numbers as references. I asked that their company not call me in the future..and (twice) the call receiver asked if I knew the person's place of employment...again I informed the call receiver I have no association with the one they seek.

Someone from this number called my house and left heavy breathing on my voicemail.

This number calls me everyday. Harassing and threatening me. Wanting my address, SS#, etcccc...! They won't leave me alone. I told them the loan they say I owe was taking care of 4 yrs ago. They say horrible scary things!

Yes I know they are scary ppl! I'm getting in contact with legal advice on these ppl!

Dirtbag collections company, woke me up at 8am looking for some guy I never heard of, there is no lower form of life than a scumbag debt collector trying harass folks, disgusting.

They kept calling my cell phone. If this company is calling your cell phone, get Call Control.  It's free.  Now every time they call my phone, it hangs up on them.  I also have the number blocked on my home phone.  It's never been quite so quiet around here!  They are calling about a bill that was included in a bankruptcy I filed about 7 years ago.  I was going to report them, but, that doesn't seem to do much good.  They don't care how many laws they break!

5 years ago when we as a family bought phones, I got this number and I have no idea who this Terry Stockdale is
Someone please let me know how to get these calls stopped.

They keep calling my cell & hanging up. Just filed a report with the FCC

It is 8am to 9pm unless your state mandates differently.  Not a federal law.  Never has been.  It is all controlled by your state.  Ad well as how long delinquencies stay active on your credit report.

They have called me thousands of times over the past 4 years. I call they say they are removing me. They keep asking for jordan green.  I am not jordan green amd have never had a student loan. I blew up today and called them 23 times and talked a massive amount of [***].  Talked to "supervisors" and blew up on them too.  We will see.  

Just got a call. First ask me if thus was my number then gave an address of property and said do I own it.  I sad no and demanded to know who was calling. They said no unless I tell them my name. I said he'll no I am not giving my name to strangers on the phone and that I am not the person u are looking for.  They hung up.  How are these taticts  legal?

I tried that website, and it is no longer accepts the http://studentloanfundamentals.com is DNS errors trying to connect.  Bummer...not for me, for my son.  He did not graduate from college, and thus we both are paying out because of his failure to complete.
