Yeaaah, riiiiight...  All uppercase post, extremely hostile tone.  Veeeery professional post here.  And you say you represent Fido?  With a post like that, I seriously doubt it.

Your post looks a lot more like the typical threatening post from some criminal trying to 8pass of* as a Fido representativre in order to scam people out of their money.

Trust me folks:  NEVER call back such numbers from ANYONE.  If a call really is from Fido, then say you will call Fido, then do a goodle search on Fido to find the REAL Fido customer service number, and then call THAT.  Never give *any* personnal information (account number, adress, etc.) unless *you* originated the call from a number you *known* is the right one.  This will avoid you paying a thief, instead of paying what you really owe some company.

I agree with it being a scam I just received the call and he was very unprofessional didn't address who he was and said we were just talking and I said no we weren't then I asked him what number he called and it was correct but he also had said he teied my old cell number. He proceeded to ask me my name I told him sorry I am not telling you as I don't believe you are from Fido I hung up plus if you were just talking to me wouldnt you know my name?. creepy that he had my work and old personal phone number and I have never been with fido.  No body fall for this scam.

yup, it's fido's number.  nope, it's not a scam.  they usually try to "suggest", somewhat forcefully, that you pay off your balance owing with a credit card, but it's just a collection call, and you can choose to pay online or at the bank, etc.  

they get all excited if you're a day late paying, and they'll call any and all numbers on file (cell and landlines), but this number is really fido. (can't vouch for the weird messages posted on here, though.)

I cancelled my account with Fido and they used this number to call and try to convince me to stay by offering me my plan for $5 a month less.  Nope, you're all good Fido.

My bill is up-to-date...and even if it wasn't, how can it be worth it for a company to spend countless hours trying to reach someone for a $100 balance???

Just to note they called me and I'm not a Fido Customer, so maybe your comment and tone is an over reaction

I have just received two calls from this number and have never been a Fido customer so I just deleted them.  I would advise others to do the same.

My Fido "plan" is by the minute, paid by voucher. If I just happen to run out of money in my account, Fido simply shuts my number down until I pay up. I learned the hard way years back that if I fail to refill monthly, my rolled over dollars go bye-bye. I ALWAYS refill on time now.
So, if Fido (woof!) is calling for me to pay up, I guess they are poop outa luck!

I have 3 "FIDO Refills on my credit card quoting this number, each for $114.98 but I have no FIDO account. I have reported fraudulent use to the credit card company.

Idc if it's because I haven't paid. I usually go and pay in time like when I don't I don't get harassed like I am right now.
This is IMPOSSIBLE.
I'm being called everyday. During class or very late when I'm already in bed get it together and leave a message when I don't answer like every NORMAL company God freaking Christ

Fido can be harassing, for no reasons.
Solution: Changed company after roughly 10 years being with them.

Hey, I just changed after 12 years!! Look like they will be losing everyone soon then.

I have never done business with Fido, but received 3 calls and 3 voice mails saying it was in response to a requested callback.

they called a couple of times so far.

888 481 3436 , claims is from Fido , ask my adress , I say you should have it in the file so I asked him to tell me the adress he has and that I will confirm if it is good, he gave me a wrong adress so I ended the call, I think that was odd and was probably a scam

fraud. they say they have refund for my fido account which i dont have.
so i call#ed fido  and they referred me to the fraud dept; 495 8501 to report it:
