This number keeps calling and leaving messages for Lushinda Washington. It's Melisa from Consumer Credit. Its just a recording. IM NOT Lushinda Washington. This number calls me at all times of the day and cluttering my voicemail box with messages. I call this number back and get nothing! This is aggrivating

This number has repeatedly called and leaving messages for a Nicole Rolando from Melissa from Credit Management. I even got a call at 8:50am on Sunday! This isn't the first time.In the last several months I have received recorded messages that began with "This is a call for..."  that did and did not identify the person they were trying to reach.  Since my home phone does not have caller ID, I have forwarded any calls to my cell phone so I can see the number of the person calling. It is aggravating. What can a person do to stop these harassing calls?

Below is the message left on my phone:

"This is a message for Nicole Rolando.   If you are not Nicole Rolando, there will be a 3-second pause for you to disconnect. One, two, three…By continuing to listen to this message you acknowledged that you are Nicole Rolando. Calls my cell phone about once a week - never leaves voice mail.

I am soooo sick of getting calls from this number. They call at 8am and as late as 845pm. They never leave a message. I am not answering their calls. But it is soooooo irritating.

These people called on Father's day.  That should be illegal.  I wish the government would put these people in prison for being too ignorant for the good of humanity.

Our government should put themselves in jail.  Wasting money never seems to end.


If you want to get rid of these callers get trapcall on your phone (cell phones only) and you can blacklist any caller ...

I have received umpteen dozen calls from the number 888 483 3767--------either they do NOT speak when I answer or they are asking for a Shawn Nichols.I am constantly telling them that Shawn does not live here nor have this number but they continue to call!

every day I get a call from this number and I am not Yolanda Stewart....... my phone # is 205 747 0238 please quit calling us we cannot help you and Yolanda does not live here I always hang up within the 3 sec  time but you continure to call she apparently has a new listing we've had this number for at least 2 years

For the last month, I've gotten the recorded call for an unknown - twice a day.  It is so annoying.  How does someone get it to stop??

I have recived a call from this number every day for the last 6 months. Somedays i will get 2 a day. I have had this number for over 2 years. i have called them back several times and they are always rude and say they will stop calling. Who ever Jackie thomas is i wish she would just pay them i hate all these calls. Is there anything we can do to stop them from coming?

It's Credit Management, in my case collecting for an OLD Charter bill. Yes, I agreed that I owed the bill and that I would pay the original amount due. I have told them this each time they call, which is at least once a day, seven days a week. But, the customer service rep insists that they cannot take less than the amt due. Oh well, NO WAY I'm gonna pay almost $550 for a $130 eight year old debt that I haven't heard a peep about until recently.  AT&T will not do anything about debt collection calls because it isn't illegal. If they are not following collection guidelines ie: calling after 9 p.m., calling repeatedly after you've answered, threatening you...then you should contact the Federal Trade Commission.

I finally called Credit Management and requested that the calls to my number be stopped. I told them  I did not know the person they were trying to reach and that they were not at this number and would like the calls to stop. Of course, time will tell if they will.

does anybody know how to get in touch with this company? i get calls for somebody else and can't get them to stop calling. i have called the number but don't get a human being. i need a different # to call or an address.

I continue to get a phone call from this number at ridiculious hours of the morning. It rings twice and then that is is. If I call back, there is no answer. How do I make it stop?

Also...statute of limitation on debts is usually 7 years.  They can't collect your Charter bill any longer unless they had a judgement against you from a court BEFORE the statute of limitations had expired.
