- RichardWell...do what I just did. Spam them. I called their number at 800-201-1085 and selected every option on their voice mail system. I left voice mails on every line I could, first pretending to be a legitimate call, for about 30 seconds, then just telling them I didn't enjoy them calling me 3 times a day, and that their company is a bunch of scumbags.
If everyone who is annoyed by these guys floods their system with spam, they won't be able to tell legitimate calls from non-legitimate. They'll spend their entire day clearing out their voicemail. - ardon't know who this is
- kenGood job Richard,,
that is very good idea. Let's all do that. i am imaging how good they will feel , hahaa.. ^_@.... - erinAre you guys getting these calls living in canada? or the states. i get at least 2 calls a day from this number!
- jordanI've recently been getting this call about every 20 minutes...and i found their alternative number and it says its not available in my area...what a joke...i'll just have to phone rogers tonight and tell them to put a block on it...
- Joe AnnoyedTwo times a day everyday like clockwork at random times, once in the morn, once in the afternoon, and If I am really lucky 3 times a day one more in the evening, seriously this day and age this kind of bs is still going on... we need to stop these dogs.
- me888-556-5140 called here - something about BMO, don't know what else..if they're trying to sell services, they need to get someone who speaks english!
- NI have just received the same phone #. My cell phone is very important to me. However they don't leave a messege so I didn't know who it was. I am glad I visited this site. The only suggestion I have for everyone is save the phone # and maybe it's varients on your cell. Title it as "ignore". So when they do call up you can look and simply ignore it instead of answering. Works for me!
- abThey've been calling me 4-5 times a day finally I got to the phone in time to answer today, they said they were from CIBC offering a credit card insurance and then 5 seconds later said she was from RBC. Must be a scam.
- Leia (Vancouver, Canada)All Rogers suggested was to register your number on the National Do Not Call List: www.LNNTE-DNCL.gc.ca
It takes about 31 days for them to process the registration; until then, ignore the calls.
Otherwise, as a separate service, they charge a monthly fee to block individual phone numbers. - gibberishhaha

send a wack of gibberish to tehir emails..use teh link below

- CaroI call every week wothout talking on the line and leaving any message
- zallowThis company has been calling me for the past 3 weeks, every freakin day, at least 2 times every day. It's sooooo annoying, i called back to get my number removed from their list, which say might take 30 days for the number to be removed. How freakin lazy are these guys? 30 days?! You gotta be kidding me!

- Alexgo register on National Do Not Call List
and they suppose to stop it or you can make money out of them.
http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/DNCL/brochure_consumer.htm - RobinThey are calling here 5-8 times per day, we don't answer 1888/1800 numbers, but they are still annoying, waking my husband when he's sleeping during the day after doing night shift. I called the number back just now after reading everyones comments and it says ICT company, that they do marketing for many companies and chose number 4 and then number 1 to be put on the do not call list, and it says will take 30 days to take effect. They may start getting whistles, etc in their ears if they keep calling.
- KyleMy cell phone was called by these people twice today. They said that they were some canadian fraud insurance company. They then proceeded to say that they were going to be mailing information to me(which they already had my address) and that if I did not want to accept their offer that I simply had to call and cancel. In otherwords, they automatically begin the billing for this unwanted service without your acknowledgement or consent. This is very likely a scam, and they need to be brought to the publics attention. A hustle is a hustle, and a theif is a theif. They all deserve to be raped by horse.
- SarahThis number called me, it talked to me about my credit score and my Royal Bank visa. I told them i only deal with information like that at my physical bank. They hung up. I called the number back and you listen to the menu, it tells you to press 1 to add your number to the DO NOT CALL LIST. I did that, it works. Hope this helps
