         Federal Fair Dept Collection Practices Act 15 USC   / 1692  
they are to cease all future attempts to contact you.

They call on our help line 5 to 6 times per day and just hang up.

I work for TD. This is a fraud. Do not give them any information

They called me asking for my date of birth and the last 4 digits of my social security number and that they're with T.D. Bank stating my account was in collections. Funny thing is that my account is always current. This is a fraud!

got a call from a woman saying I was late with my payment to TD bank credit card. It was not the correct amount. Do NOT give
any information and tell them anything about yourself.

If you work for a physical bank of TD who do you call when you need information on the credit card? The number on the back of the card right? Well when you call that number ask the representative to verify the 8885618862 number and they will tell you it is the credit card services collections department

I had started receiving these calls from this number since 2016. This is scam.Whoever said  that is isn't  is lying to you.
I just left my branch and I was not behind  in my credit card.
also the number calls the person claims you are in over draft and I have coverage for that.

I received the call while driving home.
I had pulled over and returned the call.
She was rude and demanded me to pay $68 .
I told her I just left the bank and  never pay over the phone and I  said this is a scam.
She  gave me a date of birth  and my  ss# .
I denied it was mine.
I told her I  am contacting td bank ,and that I was in law enforcement, which I was , she hung up.
I am receiving it again I just ignore it.
By the way I  had spoken to the fraud last dept at T D.
This is not their number , it's a scam .

I received a call from JESSICA ANDERSON stating my son who lives in NC saying they were going to have him picked up on a bad check, he does not wright checks she was very rude, she claimed a bad check she would not give me more answer I live in Palm Beach Gardens FL my I told her my son is 50 yrs old and does not use checks.  She said Legal Services but did not tell me of name of the company.  phone number 833 601 6881
