I wish I would have looked on here first ! Did a quote on line with liberty mutual and they have called me so much its unreal !!  They're going to drive you crazy until you buy their insurance ! I would never get it from them now 😡

Liberty Mutual...same story....wanted ONLINE quote...was twice as high as present rate...then phone rang within twenty of closing my browser and I looked up their number here. I am not amused...you would think they would read these posts and see the negative sentiment the practice results in...and consider the number of people I will surely tell about about my negative experience.

Name Unavailable !, but after 5 calls in past 4 hours after a price check online found out it was liberty insurance. All calls are blocked from NAME UNAVAILABLE but if your not professional enough to put your name on it, I DONT WANT IT.

called 3 times today, does not leave a message

I filled out an app looking for renter's insurance at 7 AM but I was unable to finish, they said the 'glitch' was their fault so I gave up. I't the same day, almost 10 AM and they've called already.

Got an online quote which was $340 more a year and after about 4 hours they keep calling and never leave a messag. Like another caller said if i wnatned to talk to them I would call them.

Called as soon as I requested a quote from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Called me 4 + times including today Sunday. I called for a quote last week. I assume as others it is Liberty Mutual. Calls and never a message (I answer numbers I recognize only)

Did online quote with Liberty Mutual to combine auto and renters.. quote was 3 times what I pay now for less coverage.  No thanks.   Now they've called 4 times and no voicemail.

Not 20 minutes after I got an online quote, Liberty mutual called me.  I also hesitated about adding the number.  Also blocking the number and will NOT be calling them back.  Their quote was actually $60/mo higher than my current state farm.

They are relentless, was online 3days ago for quote, they have not stopped calling and it started the night I went online at around 8-9 pm.

Went on line to get an auto quote and almost choked.....they are way more expensive than the present company I deal with.   Good bye Liberty Mutual

Just got my third phone call from them within 24 hours.

About 30 minutes ago I looked up a quote for auto insurance from Liberty Mutual and they called! I didn't ask for this! Blocked.

They keep on calling and do not leave a message. It is Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. They say that they cannot stop the calls. This is illegal. They could not put a do not call on my number.

They will keep on calling and calling. They will NOT remove your number. They also keep calling me everyday. They said they cannot undo the calling. I said that's illegal.

I went on line, submitted my info and then I started getting calls and suggested me to get a complete quote call this number, I called several times, nobody answered. Last night I spoke to a live person he said it is Liberty Mutual insurance line, he need 3 minutes time to fill out a short form in order to provde me a complete deal. He took most of info and was going on. Still he needed more info. I felt something is not right, and ended the call. Definitely there is something..... I will not buy... never ever and finally I blocked their number.
