Went online a couple of hours ago to get a quote from Liberty Mutual. After online chatting I told the guy I wasn't interested. Everything is extra with them. Unbelievable! They keep calling and I have now blocked the number.

It's liberty mutual. I JUST filled out a quote form less than an hour ago and they called me already and left a message!

Like everyone else here, I went online to get a car insurance quote yesterday. Now they keep calling my husband's phone. I reluctantly gave them his number when filling out the info. I should have just given them our old landline number. They have called several times, but he can't answer because he's at work. Probably won't be getting insurance from them!

For sure its Liberty Mutual because last night I went online to look for a better car insurance rate. They have called twice already and it is not even Noon yet.

UPDATE: I just called this number and spoke to someone who said he was a licensed agent. He said it was "totally shocking" to him that the automated calling people were not leaving messages when they called. I told him that it was rude to call and never leave a message and it made people not want to go through them for insurance. I call BS on what he told me. Adding my husband's number to the DNC registry yet again.

Yep. Got two missed calls from them this morning after I filled out a quote last night. Insanely high quote so I definitely wouldn't buy insurance there, but now the incessant calling is affirming that decision. Will probably block the number cause it sounds like I can look forward to more calls...

It's Liberty Mutual. I got a quote from them on Friday (it's Sunday now) and they have called 5 times! They don't leave a voicemail and absolutely don't leave you alone. I'll probably have to block them.

I went online today to get a quote from Liberty Mutual. A few hours later I received two calls from the 888-578-2146 number. They did not leave messages.

Seriously, you scammed people to give their number so you could gouge the premium I currently pay on a 96 vehicle with no accidents or tickets to 73.00 higher than my current premium? lol puhleese and then leave me messages to call you???  I wonder if the BBB is aware of your methods to pay for  all of your ridiculous commercials??? They will be soon enough

Liberty Mutual insurance.  I did online quote and didn't complete quote once I found out it would cost more than I am currently paying. They called twice and didn't say anything when I answered.
I called them.  They said they will remove my number from their call list.

Just found out this is Liberty Mutual. Just follow up with one phone call & leave a message. Don't bombard people-people don't respond well to being harassed.

it is liberty mutual insurance. called with a quote. they took too long to call i had already singed with another. snooze and loose i guess. anyway just call it back and tell them you signed with another.

i was literally just getting quotes for insurance and now liberty mutual has been calling me several times a day, EVERY DAY, even on a SUNDAY.

They are well known for that. They are desperate to sell their over priced policies. Send them a stop calling me letter by certified, return receipt mail, and if they call after that, sue them for $500 or more per call.

I got online quote as well and now the phone calls are pouring in!!! Wish i did not get quote now. I will not be buying insurance from them either.

Same here, filled out a request for an online quote last night, which was astoundingly high. Now they have called several times including 7:30 am on Sunday morning just a while ago, then called again an hour later
