- Jon-UK replies to UKThat is very true. Who ever they are have gotten hold of some credit card details and are using them to scam relatively small amounts in the hope that people won't notice. Since they appear to be hiyying people all over I hope that the banks will latch on to them quickly. Trouble is they will probably set up again and have another go with those cards where the owners do not spot the issue and get the card cancelled

Very annoying will cancel my card again annoying as im waiting for a damage deposit to be returned from my uni halls will now have to contact them with new card number!!
- Marc| 2 repliesI was billed for US Dollars 39,87 NEW Cleanse! I don´t know how they get my card infos, I came from Germany! Has anybody an email-adress from this company`? A phone call is expensive for me (from Germany) and my english is not very well (as you can see=)! Can anybody help me please?
- Dan replies to MarcMarc you need to contact your bank, cancel your debit card and the bank may be able to refund u if u explain the situaton as this is fraud. Good luck.
- Novas| 1 replyJust saw the same thing on my bank account. Followed the phone numbers listed above and spoke to a "Emily" who couldn't tell me what product or service I was canceling, BUT she could help me cancel?? What company helps you cancel something that the customer service reps don't have a clue what the product is BUT they can cancel it anyways?? Anyone else who sees this, I had a similar experience with a company twice now that goes by the name Allnetworkpass or Elitedollars! They have dozens of company names and they scam you anyway they can. It can happen just by visitng certain webpages thet look innocent enough. One person even said thaey went to 1 800 flowers. com and a coupon poped up on the screen that they clicked on. Next thing they know it is a similar charge to their bank account!
- SMPT| 1 replyI also got a charge from this company. In most ways sinilar to all of yours. I am contacting Katrina Cravy from Fox 6 news in Milwaukee, WI to investigate it. I am going to refer her to this site so if you just stop in to read posts please post your story. This is rediculous that people can get away with this.
- Cavie replies to SMPTMy account was charged $39.87 from Las Vegas Nevada. It said internet pay and gave me the number 888-403-2136 which I have called several times and I was on old for at least 20 minutes each time and still no one answered. I do find it odd that the recording never once said what company it was. My bank is investigating as well.
- robw88 replies to Novasdid you manage to get them to cancel the charge?
- MiquelCalled bank, cancelled card. They say that its some weight loss, diet pill scam.
- MickSame thing just happened to me. Checked my credit card statement and say the same 38 approx charge on my Bank of America credit card statement.
I only use that card for paypal>hotfile. One of those companies are fuc#ing up big time.
I dont know if any of you noticed, but I took a look at the transaction number and the first four numbers contained the last 4 of my social security number. Perhaps a coincidence, but I'm assuming that they want you to take notice of this, and then call them up to get the rest of the information from you.
Card cancelled...and we thought the Nigerian scam artists were the worse.
Nope, Nevadians :D - Ren replies to kkMan i got the the same charge for 39.87 new cleanse this is crap. i havent even lost my card.now ihave an overdraft fee because of it. called the number and the extension is unavailable.
- Lee in Lincoln, NE replies to David RYes a lot of us are getting hit with these charges and as for me $39.87. I did get a Rep at
888-403-2136 by the name or Robin Hurley, ID Nr 1272 who stated she would cancel the account and
refund the total amount in 10-15 biz days. They are located in NV. So now I will find their location and go to the Nevada State AG and BBB for starters. I will post again if I get any further results.
My email: mrleeisme@windstream.net - KevinI also got caught with this NEW CLEANSE garbage, was charged $39.87USD on my credit card. When I called the number, I got a recording which basically gave me the impression that the number doesn't exist I just got off the phone with my credit card company and they are sending out papers for me to sign to dispute the charge. They also have canceled my current card and will be mailing me a new one. I wonder how these numbers are getting out, some company must have got hacked or has pulled a REAL boner.
- swimmerI had this $39.87 charge appear on my CC on 6/26. This does not seem to have a Bank company source for list above. Perhaps there is something in our financial purchases that tie us all together?
Here is how appears on CC bill:
CHECKCARD 06/26 NEW CLEANSE 8885945413 LAS VEGAS NV
I do have a PayPal acct, but that too is too broad to narrow scope of how this happened to all above in this report. It has got to be something else. And no virus, trojan or malware operating from me here either.- Caller: NEW CLEANSE
- JimMy wife's cc was charged USD38.95 three months in a row by these c%^ts. She had clicked on one of those miracle weight loss detox adds whilst in facebook and gave her cc number for "freight" of $7.95 on the "free and with no obligation" offer. Needless to say she got a small bottle of pills about two week later (and only once) and they did jack [***]. It was only next month she noticed the $38.95 US on her statement. Despite her continually calling to cancel she got a busy tone or it would not answer and they kept debiting every month. The only way we could stop the recurring charges was to cancel her cc number. She has internet banking and it shows attempts at debits against her account and these c$%ts are still trying to debit her account but it is bouncing because the cc number is now invalid

- BrandonSame story here. Noticed a $38.99 charge on my account last week. At first I thought it was some additional stuff from an actual body cleanse that I bought about a month ago (from a very reputable source) but I contacted him and he said that there weren't any additional charges or products. Like everyone else here, I called my bank, got the number for the company, called the company, was told they weren't new cleanse anymore and they gave me the new number, which led to some robot sounding lady who told me they couldn't tell me what the product was, just that she could cancel it. While waiting to talk to her supervisor, I started looking on the internet and found this page. I immediately got her back on the line and told her I knew what they were and that I would be reporting them. I called my bank and filled them in. Apparently, it was a charge on a card that was supposed to be deactivated 3 weeks ago. This card, like others here, had been used for paypal in the past, so I think we have the connection.

- JackBI too have been affected by this Fraud. As soon as I saw the charges Icalled the 888-594-5413 listed on my statement and was quickly assisted by a woman named Miranda who claimed to be the Supervisor. She immediately brought up my order in her system and stated that my order had shipped out on June 24th, my charges appeared on the 25th for $74.95. She had no problem cancelling the order but stated that once my order has shipped they cannot issue a refund. As of today I have yet to receive any. order. I called the number back today to advise them and I have been getting the run stating that they cannot help me but a Supervisor will be calling me. I contacted my bank and cancelled my card.

NEW CLEANSE 8885945413
CURRENCY: USD, CURRENCY AMOUNT: 38.99, EXCHANGE: 1.44 - SherpaThese people didn't call me; they just billed my Citicard Mastercard credit card $38.99. They described themselves as "New Cleanse", but the goods and/or services supplied were not specified. I disputed the charge, and the credit card customer service representative told me that they would cancel the charge, She also told me that many cardmembers receive these charges, and they are investigating possible fraud.
The only number I have for them is 888-594-5413 (it was on the credit card statement), and I haven't been able to get them to answer the phone. When you call it, it just rings once and then stops.- Caller: New Cleanse
- bassdiva| 1 replyYou all got it easy. I was charged 74.95 + 3.95. I don't see any answers here as to whom this scam is or how to get it removed from my charges. Anything?
