I'm from Germany, they charged my CC with 38,99USD

So I called my bank and they try to cancel it.

I contacted someone at this number and was given a processor's number 888 403 2136

After speaking with someone at this number they advised that they are only a processor and do not have a record of who made the transaction.  They stated I must have "signed up for an online offer in the last 60 days".  After several unhelpful minutes they offered to "cancel and refund" to give me my money back and prevent future billing when I stated I would merely dispute the charge with my bank if they were unable to give me any information.  They stated the refund would be completed within 10-15 business days.

I contracted my bank and disputed the charge as I don't trust these people to actually refund anything.  The bank was not surprised to hear of these types of companies and refunded me immediately.  If you see these charges you can try the number above (they will look you up by name - they had my email address as well somehow) but *DISPUTE THE CHARGE* with your bank or card issuer as well.

I got the same charges as you (74.95 and 3.95) and I just called my bank, cancelled my card and filed a fraud report.  I have no idea what this is, how they got my card # etc.  I do shop a lot online and use my card, so I am not sure if something happened, although I pretty much always shop from the same secure stores etc.  Very very annoying and upsetting.

yeah - I got charged $39.87 for this New Cleanse garbage - I order on-line products but nothing around this time, and my PayPal account is not linked to the CC# this charge went to.

Ironically, I was in Lake Tahoe, NV on the exact same day this was charged and used the same CC# to buy gas in Lake Tahoe, but assuming it's just coincidence based on all the international problems I'm seeing on this site.

Definitely filing dispute with CC company.

I have a charge on my credit card 39.87 US dollars 28th June. I shall contact my card company to report this and hopefully get my money back and they can put a block on this, as well as trace those responsible.

I just saw this.  It looks like everyone was charged on the same day or close to it. My checking account was charged $39.87 by New Cleanse on June 28, using my debit card #.
I called the 8885945413 number a few times.  On each occasion the phone rang once, then stopped - there was no voicemail message, nothing.
My bank reversed the charge.   I'll give them this information.  
The only account  I have which has my debit card # on file is Amazon.

How many others here also have AMAZON account I am curious to know?

But a breach of AMAZON secuity would be more widespread so I am not sure why this would be so limited.
Such a pain to cancel my debit card and wait for replacement as my Bank (Bank of America) would only do it this way to cancel the charges.

I also have an Amazon account swimmer with the credit card that was charged by this NEW CLEANSE.

I dont have amazon or paypal account. They got me on june 26 $38.99. I called 888-594-5413 and they said they are a different company,that the phone number got mixed up. Gave me 888-403-2176 which of course is disconnected. SCAM

Has anyone actually gotten their money refunded by this company yet? Not by the bank, but by the company?

I got hot with the same thing $39.87. Only new account I have used is AMAZON.

I got charged on 6/26 for $74.95 and again on 6/28 for $3.95.  Called the credit card thru PNC Bank and started a dispute claim. Tried calling the 888-594-5413 it does not even ring. Bank tried calling the number and only gets a recording. Tried to tell Fraud Representative about the web site and all the people all over the world that are getting charged by the same company. States it will take about 45 days to investigate. Also states she cannot block this company from putting any more charges on this acct. Any more info would be very helpful. Curious to see if bank refunds the charges!!!
