I have an auto financed with Ally which is on autopay so is never late. The situation is my daughter had extensive surgery and is unable to work temporarily. I have had to take over all of her debts which includes two autos, hers and her daughters. Ally harasses me 6-8 calls per day as well as the same amount to my daughter. I am being called for my granddaughter's car as I signed the note. I believe in an honest debt but I also know harassment does no good for PR. If you can't pay on time then Ally just do what you have to do and stop harassing. Both my daughter and granddaughter will be working soon and this will stop but they are horrible people to work with. Never again!!

Who call me and actually why?

They called looking for one of our employees. I took a message and they started calling every few hours but not speaking.

I called them back and told them they need to stop harassing us.

We recently moved to a new state and had a landline phone installed.  We began receiving calls from this number whereas they were requesting to speak to a couple that are unknown to us.  We verified that this was a residence number and that no one by either name lived at this number.  They stated they would remove our number from their call list.  An hour or so later, the SAME PERSON called requesting the same information.  I advised them that particular person that she had JUST called an hour before and verified the information.  She pretended to act like she didn't know anything about it and in a very threatening tone of voice started telling me that unless I verified the information....  I chose not to listen to the threat and hung up on the caller.  I filed a complaint with the FCC and the BBB.  Obviously by all of these posts, there has been a long term of complaints on this business and nothing has been done by the FCC to stop this company from harassing people who obviously have no business with their company.

If they have a foreign accent, tell them they have reached the office of the I N S. they hang up quick

Repeated calling have no clue of who or why

I have gotten two calls from this number on my business phone when I ask who is calling they hang up !

This number recently started calling my job number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They call multiple times a day, and never leave messages. I don't know why they keep calling if I'm not answering.

I just received a call AT WORK from 888-611-6904 and she asked that I call back and gave me business hours.  She didn't say what it's about. We all know they can't call at work.  Also, I don't know who they are and I'm not late on anything.  I'm not calling them back.

No message left

We fell a little behind this past payment and Ally art us up on a payment arrangement. The paint was made on a bank draft, so it's processing. However, they are calling multiple times a day both on my cell and at WORK. My husband speaks with them every day and told them it says right on their site that the payment is processing, yet they continue to call.

Oops. Sorry. The calls at work arent from Asset Recovery Solutions. I get a call from 888-611-6904 for Ally.

I have no car loans...don't know who these people are and I am on Do Not Call List.

Considering that person clearly posted here in 2011, why would you expect them to see your post 8 years later?

Today is a Sunday. I have received 4 calls from this phone number already since 10 am. It is only 1:28 pm now — they seem to be calling every hour. Caller ID simply says “Robo Call” so I haven’t answered and they won’t leave a voicemail. If they can’t be bothered to identify themselves or leave a message, then I can’t be bothered to answer. I’m one more call away from outright blocking the number. This is harassment.

Since there was no message then the caller id is completely wrong. Can't figure out why you even posted if you had no actual information about the call?

I too have had a difficult time this year as I have had more than several surgeries on ankle. Leg and femoral artery  and tried to explaining to them..They have zero compassion or empathy, they want their money and will than ask you if you can get money from someone else, family member,etc..and got a letter saying at any point if a payment is even past due one day they will have the right to repo the vehicle at their will..ive never seen a company that calls you 3 days after due date talking to you like your 2 years behind, ridiculous...I finally made up my mind they can have the vehicle  just out of pure integrity at this point yes ive made 2 years of payments but if people can treat customers like this on constant  than I do not want t.o do business with them play and simple! Yes I loose out but so do they .I'm very respectful to others and only ask the same back..I'm a Disabled Veteran going through a few struggles and called them to keep them posted but they could Carr less...I can go on and on,but I will not .Come and get your vehicle  ..I certainly will find a vehicle and a kind person that will appreciate my business.
