I have, they dont leave messages and I dont answer calls I dont recognize!

would like to know who or what this is.

They say they are MBORI and collecting a debt

A person said "Hello?" and that's when I hung up. It woke me up, too, so I'm extra bugged.

Saying MBROI, they said they are collecting a medical debt.  Then, kept on asking for my daughter's information.  When I started asking what company they are and which hospital they are calling about, the caller got rude and hung up, telling me to call back.  Highly likely a scam.  

yeah they keep calling and i asked my friend and she said it was probably a scam so i don't answer.

calls sometimes 6 to 10 times a day but will not say why they are calling my name is not the one they gave me

Yes I get calls from these folks they ask me for my date of birth and address (RIGHT) to make sure their talking to the correct person,Ugh!

Same thing, but they told me several different things: they were a computer hardware company, debt collector and my medical company.

I was called from this number and when I have told them to disclose their identity that said they will tell after I tell my name and date of birth.

Same, they want to verify my 14 year old daughter's date of birth, and won't go any further until I do, like that's gonna happen! Even if it's legit, why in this day in age would they think that's something I would do over the phone? And if they have MY number associated with my daughter, why can't they verify MY information instead of hers?

Calling for debt collector but very unprofessional, don't have any backup documents/verification....SCAM!!!

This is a legitimate phone number for a collections agency for medical debt, called Receivables Outsourcing LLC (ROI), it is not a scam. Pay your bills and they won't call you.

I agree, this is a legitimate collection agency, likely calling about outstanding medical bills or an ER visit...

Called and said they were a doctor

The rudeness of your reply relates to the rudeness of the staff calling which is why people don't respond.  It pays to be decent...and I don't pay if you aren't.

Received a call from this number....when I answered, they hung up.

Called. I picked up the phone and said hello. Took them a few seconds (8) to respond and then they hung up!

Left me a voice message claiming to be debt collectors.  I called back an initially they could not find my record.  This was a person named Tisha.  She put me on hold for Ruby.  After a few minutes, I just hung up and then see them listed on this site.  Scam
