they say I owe a debt....but not that the debt is. I don't owe anyone.

They are waiting to transfer to Tito.  LOL

I have received two calls from them with a voicemail message that is pre-recorded and my name inserted into the call.  Looking them up on-line they seem to be a medical collections agency working for hospitals.  I don't have any outstanding debt, so I know it can't be for that.  When I tried calling them back they wanted my date of birth and other personal information.  I refused to give it.  I said "you are calling me, you should have this information" the woman said she could not look up my account with the information, I said I am not comfortable giving that out over the phone.  She said - thank you, have a good day and hung up on me.  I have now blocked their number.

that's funny because I have paid all my medical bills in fact I paid them all in full and I still get phone calls from them saying they want my name date of birth in my address I pay my bills every month so what am I getting calls for and when I etell them that I paid the bill they say they don't have a record of it but yet I have all the receipts so yeah scam

I do not have any medical debt & all my bills are current, no collections. This person called multiple times a day leaving very vague voice mails. I finally got sick of it & called number back, told lady to take me off their call list & she said "ya that's not gonna happen."
I blocked that phone number, they called right back from a different number. I blocked that number, they called from a 3rd number. I blocked that number & haven't heard from them for a while until today!! Not sure what else to do now!

Well that was all handled very poorly on your end.  Any debt collector, real or otherwise would simply think that you are the debtor they are looking for and are trying to get them to stop calling.  You need to get the name of the collection agency and send them a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling letter.  Without the name of the company you cannot even make a complaint to any federal or state agencies.

I agree but  you call me and the guy who own this phone number I google it and I found in FB I sent a message because I received 20 calls a Day and he Leave in south america . Go to FB and find those people and if you want find it simple send or call him or her but don't call every day I already ask to delete my number from the database ,I did it before but still .
