- KARMA WiLL BITEGot a call last night around 6:30pm and a recording stating received my resume and would like to schedule interview this week. Instructed me to put in zip code (put in zip) and an address was given in my area then recording stated operator will be with you shortly. Then recording came back on, stating all operators busy do to high volume of calls. When I called back # that appeared on phone( 972-200-9825 ) recording also stated something about Recruiting. The other # given to call back was 888-673-4109. When I looked up address given, there were 26 results found. It is an office building with several suites in it. I have been searching for work for several months and this just happened after I put my resume on Careerbuilder.com a couple of days ago. I use several different sites to look for work and to be notified and this is a first.
Who ever is responsible for this, KARMA will bite you in the A_ _ !!! Just remember what comes around goes around 3 times harder!!

- Tiffany replies to Hah!They called my house and cell phone. Left the same message everyone is talking about. Such a scam. You'll get a lot of stupid calls like that from companies that are entirely commission, and make you think that you can have the best job ever. But like I always say, "I don't have time to go through your stupid classes to learn how to sell insurance. I need steady income now. Not in four years." Primerica, Liberty Mutual... total bs. Don't waste your time guys! If it was a real employer looking to hire you, it'd be a live representative or Human Resources employee.

You'll start receiving calls like this from time to time after you upload your resume to a site that is open for viewing by all employers.... like Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, Indeed.com, ect.- Caller: Liberty Mutual, Primerica

- IhateprankcallsI got this message on my phone today, saying they recieved my resume and they would like to set up and interview. After just posting my resume on Careerbuilder....I was getting excited. Nevertheless.....Freaking HOAX
- Shannon replies to HeidiI agree- I just received the same call. What a shame it is a scam- especially since I really need a job right now.
- PeterYes received the same call at 7:10 pm today. What dirt bag would call someone's phone number and assume that who ever in that household has sent in their resume to them... then mention that "their" company, no name, no caller ID. If someone finds out who they are, they better post it on here. I'd say incredibly fishy! Don't call them...

- Jessica Bush| 1 replyI got a call from 972-200-9825 at about 6:00 p.m. They left a messages saying they found my resume on the internet and were interested in hiring me and they wanted to set up an interview this week. They said to call this number 888-673-4109. I saved the message. I came straight to my computer to look up the company that it was because they didn't say in the message. I didn't call the number.
- Lot replies to Jessica BushSame thing.. called me at 726pm tonight.. i did a search on the number and came to this message board. I called the 1-888 number back anyway, and i got the message about high call volume and asked for my zipcode, but i was told there were no local branches in my area. I just recently updated my resume on monster.com so I guess they found me on there. Very disappointing.
- stusame thing here guys... called me at almost 10pm to leave the same bogus message. First thing I did was google the number since they never stated the name of the company. And because of all of your posts here, I did not call back. My resume is on all of the job sites so who knows which one they grabbed it from. But like someone posted earlier, if a company wants to hire you - they better have a real person call. Otherwise I'm considering it a scam. Time to boycott Liberty Mutual!

- T.L.D.Received a recorded message from Seagoville,TX 972-200-9825 asking me to call 888-673-4109 to schedule an interview this week. I didn't bother to call the 888#. However, i posted my resume on Monster.com 2 days ago for "Employer review"; i think this is how my information got out.

- Relax alreadyOk...this is how it works.
When you post some type of resume on a jobsite (Monster, Careerbuilder, etc...), these companies take the information YOU posted and call you. Now, keep in mind that these are mostly for commission ONLY sales jobs, and most are jobs you don't want anyway. If you call, be surprised if you get anywhere with them. Yes, they are legitimate, but just insurance sales companies looking for people to sell life insurance and such. Also, this company is NOT associated with Liberty Mutual, as some posts above have mentioned. I happen to work for Liberty Mutual, and this is not how they do business. I believe this is associated with a company called Liberty Insurance, but nothing to do with Liberty Mutual. Take my suggestion and just do not return the calls, unless you want to start selling life insurance to your family and all your friends.- Caller: Liberty Insurance
