" I'm calling on behalf of Kaiser Permanente were speaking with Kaiser Members regarding services. Please call us back at the office of Nate Sanders, that number is 1-888-709-9874 Ext. 710. Again please call the office of Nate Sanders and our number is 1-888-709-9874 and the extension would be 710."

Because I'm a Kaiser member I returned the call but at 4:15 PST they were closed and wanted me to leave a message. I hung up before the beep.  I don't believe the message and won't be calling back or taking the call -- and you shouldn't either.  

Left a voice mail claiming to be the office of 'Hunter Smith' calling on behalf of Kaiser Permanente, left a callback number 888-709-9874 x259. Didn't seem right so I called the Kaiser office to ask about the call. Kaiser contacted the number and got no response and said to disregard calls from that number.

I have never heard of Kaiser Permanente. But the 651 number That calls me 2-3 times a day keeps tracing back to this company. I received a phone call from 651-486-7653, went all the way to my voicemail far enough into my voicemail to trigger my phone to tell me I had a voicemail, but no message left. As I was trying to listen to messages another voicemail came in from 888-709-9874. This time a voicemail was left, a male voice asking me to contact Isabelle Becker from the MN Dept of health at 888-709-9874. Needless to say the 888 # that was left does not belong to the MN Dept of health. You call the 888 # and it is a recorded message for Anderson ______ and associates (I couldn't catch the second word) and to leave a message.

market research firms are exempt from federal laws regarding business through telephone calls. Telemarketers are the one who by law must have you on their do not call list. This company is exempt from that law since this is not a telemarketing company and doesn't sell anything.

I can tell you for certain it's not a scam. It really is just a research firm doing a survey, in this case it is for Kaiser Permanente. I know because I live in MN & I have friends who work there. The reason they called you at 7:30PM is because they probably called you during the evening shift which is from 5-11PM. The morning shift is from 9AM-5PM. The only reason they ask for any "personal info", which most likely was just an age and a zip code, was for classifying their data into categories. Nothing else. So please stop spreading lies about this company & just ask to be taken off their call list, which by the way market research firms are exempt from federal laws regarding business through telephone calls. They won't be getting a fine because the Do Not Call List only applies to telemarketers. These people aren't telemarketers, they're market research.

Health insurance survey.

Called the office stating they wanted to talk about employee benefits. Caller gave her name as Trish with Scott Kent's office at ANA and this phone number with extension 3674. The call was screened so I did not talk to anyone, but now I will not return the call since seeing this Website. So sick of telemarketers!!

like most others I got a call from a number I didn't recognize.  Anderson, Neighbor (sp) and Associates.  They asked me to call and speak to Grace Nolan, with no explanation of why.   I'm glad I looked it up on this website.   I wish they had a do not call list for businesses so these survey and telemarketer people could not bother us at work.

I received a call from (888) 709-9874, no voice message left. I do not answer unfamiliar phone numbers especially if they are toll free or out of state.

Yeah, Got a call from them this morning.  None of the questions would remotely help KP in any way.  All the info they are asking for KP has already. I stopped them after 3-4 questions but it's totally a scam.

I am so tired of the calls from this number..........and no I don't answer them.......just sick of them as they wake up my 3 two year olds!!

calls came on Saturday night @ 7 pm. My husband just hanged up. another call las t night @ 7.30 pm. Research for Kaiser. This morning calleed Kaiser, never heard of them.. so I called them today. of course the name not valid they told me. I told theo I'm going to FBI and Organised crime division. THIS IS ID THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!

I've received several of calls from this phone number. Never leaves a message. I won't answer. I suggest you don't either.

Calls my cell at 4 am...I moved but still have my former area code so they must be in an eastern or central time zone USA.  Luckily I have my phone on silent at those hours....no message.

Received a call from this number tonight. All we got was "This is the office of Megan Butler. Please call me at 1-888-709-9874." No further information...I'm thinking it's BOGUS.

Received call from Jeremy Meyer who stated he was with AA&N.   He left a message to call office of Gwen Mason at 880-794-9874 - ext 5297.  After pulling this website up, I will not be calling them.

I received a call from this number and it's a lady saying they're doing a survey. She asked who makes the decision in my healthcare? I answered me.  Then she asked if another person has any say about it.  I answered no.  Then there was another question which I answered yes.  My husband heard the conversation and he told me it's a scam and they're recording my answers.  Now I don't know if this will affect me now.  Can anyone help?

They left a message on a Saturday in the late morning, addressing me by my actual first name.   It was almost impossible to make out, but finally I heard their claim to be calling for Kaiser.  They left an extension and a name to call back.  I called them back and got voicemail, with the outgoing message identifying them as "ANA Research," but with no way at all to enter the extension they had provided.  After reading here about what a nuisance they are, and not being interested in completing a survey anyway, I blocked all calls from this number via my own telephone system.  They will now receive a number disconnected message.

Voice message was hard to understand, like she was eating & talking. She claimed to be calling on behalf of Kaiser Permanente (not my health care provider). She left a # + extension to call her back at the office of some guy's name, but I won't because I don't have KP.
