    I did not answer, but the display on my phone showed TELUS. I knew this was a scam phone call & scammer calling. If no messages received after scammers hang up, it is a scam 100% for sure. Just because it might look official, it's not, so check out the phone number with authorities.... Do not answer, do not phone scammers back.

    Says Telus which I could barely understand his accent and proceeded to tell me that they were my provider when I use Shaw. He said no you pay me. Lol. Hung up and they call back the next day.
