I was asked for a credit card number to pay taxes on the free trip. I told "Susanna Lopez" I wouldn't give her this information over the phone, but I would review the package when I receive it in the mail, then pay the taxes. She said ok, and hung up on me.

She never took down my address. I will be filing several complaints with the radio station and the Dept of Consumer Affairs.

On the 7th of March I won 3 trips through a spanish language station in the Florida area., 95.7 Radio Sol. I thought it was a serious contest since it came from a radio station.  I was also asked for my credit card to pay taxes on the free trip.  The trip is also from All Dreams Vacation. My daughter read your message and send me the link.  Thank you for sharing this horrible scam.  I'm disputing the charge, and will call the radio station and will also file a complaint.

Go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB)! we were scammed by All Stars Vacations / VGC Corporation of America as well and we just got a refund in full. Take action! report what happened to the FTC, the Attorney General, ripoff report and the BBB, that's the only way to stop this people from taking advantage of people on their good faith!

Thank goodness that I like to do research before handing out my credit card number.  I won the contest of the day by answering a question and called 1-800-410-5544.  I spoke to a very nice man who called me "Mi amor" and spoke quickly so that I would agree and go thru with their special deal.  I spoke to a Mr. Nelson Parra but told him that I had to talk to my significant other to make a $300 decision.  I will let him know when he calls me back tonite that he "barked the wrong tree".  Idiot...  Make it a learning experience to always investigate first because if something sounds "to good to be true" it's probably not.  Thank you all for your comments, you just saved me from a huge mistake!!  I'm really surprise that "El Zol95" allows these scam artists to advertise on their airtime..

I also saw the TV commercial, call and got a vacation, when searching the internet I saw that had positive and negative comments, I call for more information and explained everything, I decided to give them a chance. When traveling to Punta Cana a great time and spend much less.

Estaba buscando el numero de telefono de All Dreams Vacations y cai en este sitio, leyendo un poco los comentarios veo que hay varias personas que toman un poco a la ligera y se dedican a hablar sin investigar. Normalmente cuando nos va bien no salimos al internet corriendo a escribir algo y dejenme decirles que fui a las vacaciones con All Dreams V y mi experiencia no fue para nada traumatica, me atendieron bien, tuve que ir a un time share, si, pero por el precio que pague de 299 me dieron 4 dias en un resort bien bueno con 2 tiques a disney y 4 dias en daytona. a mi forma de ver gaste la mitad de dinero y tuve que invertir90 minutos de mi tiempo para ahorrarme unos 400 dolares. Varios conocidos viajaron igual y por eso me decidi y creo que si los vi por television nacional miles de personas tambien lo han hecho y lo que veo son unos pocos comentarios que comparado a los miles que deben haber llamado y viajado es bien bajo.

OMG !!! i just spoke with the same guy same # and name Nelson Parra he told me the same thing....that i won 3 free trips but had to pay administration fees..$300.00. i told him i couldn't pay anything at the time because i was driving...he offered to called me back at 6 pm. my husband is going to talk to him.....and tell him he is being report to the police and the radio where he came out.

Hi I never hear a spanish radio station, today i listened to 93.1  and won 4 trips. Totally happy , you think,but I have to pay $299 for taxes and get from 30 to 40 percent on airfare. I haven't call yet, thanks for all the information. When it sounds too good to be true ! is not for real.....

Las vacaciones, ya que existen una serie de factores desconocidos para los “GANADORES” ya que muchas de las personas solo escuchan lo que desean y no lo que los comerciales o promociones anuncian, las promociones dicen que no es un concurso, que lógicamente los que llamen dentro de llamadas ganadoras van a recibir vacaciones adicionales gratis y entradas a parques de Disney pero que deben adquirir las primeras vacaciones primero… ahí está el detalle:

1.                  La Edad. Las personas que pueden hacer uso de estos destinos deben tener entre 21 a 70 años. No importando que el propietario del paquete no cumpla con la edad o directamente la exceda pueden acomodarlo en otros resort y podría haber un cargo mínimo extra.
2.                  Estado Civil. Todos los destinos piden que los que viajen sean casados. Este status es consultado ni en la venta, ni en la verificación pero hay muchos resort donde pueden ubicar a personas solteras, también pueden ser cohabitantes.
3.                  Solamente le dan dos entradas para los parques temáticos, para un solo día. Siempre y cuando haya asistido a la “charla informativa de 90 minutos” donde le ofrecerán en venta un timeshare pero sin obligación de compra tal y como dicen las leyes pero la pregunta es, en su caso vale la pena ir 90 minutos a una charla y obtener entradas por un valor aproximado de $200 USD? Su tiempo valdría $133.33 la hora.
4.                  La charla informativa, es en realidad una junta para venderle un tiempo compartido (timeshare) pero solo el 15% de las personas coge esta oferta y no pueden obligarlo a comprar.
5.                  Su ingreso anual deberá ser mayor a los 50,000 dólares por familia. Si usted no cumple este requisito y lo mantiene no va calificar una vez este en la charla, si usted no califica le van a cobrar el hospedaje y las entradas así que si o si debe clasificar, recuerde que igual puede decir que no desea comprar si es su caso aunque las ofertas son buenas.
6.                  En destinos como Las Vegas y Punta Cana solo pueden asistir dos adultos y si tratan de llevar a otro tiene un costo adicional por noche. En Punta Cana creo que están incluidos 1 o 2 niños menores de 12 o 6 años.  
7.                  Punta Cana dista mucho de ser un destino sin costo adicional ya que tiene un copago de 55 dólares por persona adulta por concepto de taxes hoteleros que deben ser cubiertos cuando se reserva y este pago va 100% al hotel y luego al gobierno Dominicano.
8.                  La calidad de los hoteles es buena en la mayoría de los casos, usted también podría pedir condos, villas, casas etc. Por un módico valor adicional pero igual le va a salir un 60% menos que el precio del mercado.
9.                  Antes de asistir al hotel debe llenar un formato en el cual si usted no asiste a la charla se le cobraran 99 dólares de penalidad por concepto de no presentarse al hotel, el hotel exige esto y en caso de usted no ir no le van a devolver este dinero, pero si usted asiste al hotel, de inmediato le reintegran este dinero a su tarjeta de crédito.
