I'm really upset with these people and if i had '' Roxsanna Lopez'' in front of me I would punch that [***] in the face so hard that she would forget her last name!! This is [***] bull [***]! i feel bad for all they people they have scammed. They got my friend but not me and it just makes me mad that nothing can be done about this.

My father in law saw a commercial on telamundo for all dreams vacation so he decided to buy a trip  for all of us to go to Las Vegas so when I called to make the reservations the man told me we could only go to a few certain places and he couldnt give me any info on the hotels there. We still have not heard back from any one

esto es scam pork el ano pasado yo me gane dos pasajes para un crusero y ellos no me pidieron nada de tarjeta hasta el dia k yo avordara,,,, pero lo k si tuve k hacer fue ir a una reunion por 45 mnts para a time share pero si me dieron mis boletos!!! pork all dreams vaccation te da tanta escusa k ellos creen k uno va adar su numero de tarjeta sin ellos mandarle nada a uno la tal susana lopez diske dame tu tumero de tarjeta primero y en 7 dias despues te mandamos los papeles k estupides es esa!!! pero ahi un dios cuidecen d k no le hagan los mismo a ustedes solo kiero porner auno todo excited para nada una grang perdida de tiempo!!!! si es verdad esto primero mande los papeles y despues uno paga el dia k ya este en el hotel!!!

I fall into the same spam, I won the "prize" and payed $389 on my credit card. Five days later I received this certificate that did not specified the category of the hotels plus I was supposed to pay additional 50 dollars per person for the Punta Cana stay. This made me mad and I began researching this company on the web and found out your comments saying it was a scam.  I felt so stupid, I could not believe I had fallen in this things.  But I read very careful the certificate and at the end in very small letters it said the contract could be cancelled without penalty within 30 days. So I called them saying that the certificate did not correspond to what they offered me on the phone and that I wanted my money back. Obviously they said the money could not be reimbursed and they gave me a fax number for customer services. Immediately I filed a claim to the Consumer services online in the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, where they are registered and have a license. Immediately after I wrote a letter to the company issuing the certificate asking for the money back, otherwise I would pursue legal action and saying that a copy of the letter will be sent to the Consumer Services. The same letter was sent by certificate letter and by fax. Four days after I got credited my account with the same amount.   I could not believed it. Hope this will help others to get their money back. The most important thing is act quickly!!! Good luck.

i call all dream vacation on april 19, 2011 at 1250pm they said you could win 3 vacation if you said a state that donot have the letter a you win but i gave my credit card and they took $399.99 out i try to cancelled on april 29,2011 but freddy gomez said that i cannot cancelled and he hang the phone.me as a dummy believe it because call my favor station 93.1

me as dummy call 97.9  my favorite radio station and they told me you will win3 vacation if you tell me a state that didnot had the letter a me as a dummy told the mexico and after that they ask me for my credit card and me as a dummy again got scam  by guillermo cruz but i got my lawyer and my lawyer going to get 97.9

why all dream vacation try to get people that work hard for a vacation i guess they used all these inmigrante peolpe to scam everybody i thought 93.1 was a good radio station but now i am hurt i guess my lawyer will get 93.1 and all dream vacation

Es una pena como Los medios de comunication radio y television se prestan para colaborar con este tipo de engano. La mayoria de personas llamando a esos delincuentes k ofrecen dichas vacaciones es porque confian y creen en Los medios de comunicacion k hacen el anuncio. Es de muy mal gusto y me parece k esos medios deberian ser declarados complices de esos delinquentes

I called the attorney's office after realizing that I was also scamed and they said that there is no legal actions against All Dream Vacations.  I submitted my complaint because I want $299.99 back!!!  If you were also part of this you need to submit your complaint ASAP!
