Got the same letter but with a reply date of May 25th.  My wife and I looked at the letter and she suggested a Phishing Scheme.  It made sense given the name of the company FINn and GILLiam  We had a laugh over that one.

Letter received 5/14, same confirmation, etc.  I'm in the Lewiston area.  My phone saves all calls back 2 months, and I have a lot of calls from Campton, NH (but I think those are political calls I also ignore), but none from 866-844-1603.  I found this page BUT Google also found a website for "Finn-Gilliam" which has the same contact number and which lists Rockland, ME, as one of its locations.  But still no addresses and lot of pretty stock photos of happy people.  the website is http://finnandgilliam.com/  The site seems to support the story that this is a legitimate marketing company trying to sell timeshares.

So looks legit... as legit as any of these "come see our timeshare presentation" offer can be.  Me, I'm tossing my "reward letter" into the circular file with teeth.

Same everything...no call made to my home, and no postage cancellation.  Not a scam, legit website, just poor marketing.  I'm more curious about the lack of postage cancellation as I saw the mailman drop it off with the rest of my mail.....

Just got this letter, same confirmation code, etc. I also poked around a little. The Google search returns like this:

The funny thing is that I think ".com/au.html" is a site that's located in Australia. That's what the "au" stands for.  If you're interested, here's the whole list of internet country codes:

Anyway, this doesn't really prove anything. What we need now is someone with time on their hands and the ability to sleep with their eyes open to attend the hard-sell, and see if the tickets are forthcoming. And then, if they work.

Its not a bill collecter.  I have excellent credit and owe no one.  This is NOT worth it.  We did one for Northern Maine and did get plane tickets, BUT  you have to send $50 for each person for taxes, etc.  You have to tell them when you want to go, within a 30 day time frame.  There were other hoops to jump through.  We sent in the money, but after them asking for additional things, they offered to send us our money back, so they really don't want to give you the tickets.  We were lucky, we did get our money back.  They people that do these time share spiels get mean and nasty when you don't buy.  NOT worth it!!!

Ditto here with the letter! I also went to the puter to check it out. A few years back we recieved similar letter and it was all about timeshares. We went, bored to death and eventually said we weren't interested and they showed us the door, the backdoor....lol
