Got a call from thi snumber on my cell.  I did not answer andcalled the number from a landline.  It turned out to be MetroPCS customer service.  I got connected to their activation line.  The rep said I must have something pending with them otherwise I owuldn't have gotten a call from them.  I said I was an old Metro Customer but I swithced.  He said he wasn't sure why I got called and asked me if I had any further questions, I said no and he said goodbye.  Goodbye MetroPCS.

You had it right to begin with Metro P O S. I had their service for a total of 17 days. I went back to my former service. I couldn't hear a d*mn thing on Metro PCS'os service (snap - crackle - pop - then silence.... that is when I could get service. Half the time the phone was just dead and useless. The day after I dumped them with 2 weeks of airtime left - they started calling my phone because I ported my old number back to my new WORKING PHONE AND SERVICE.

Had one of many bad experiences with Metro P O C. Walked in the corporate office wanting to UPGRADE. After having numerous problems with two of their hand sets. As were a number of people who were there to complaint about their hand set and service. I still had a 7 days left of service (168 hrs of service time) This was the straw that broke the camels back not only did I get the worst! customer service ever with their company was told they could not help me.   Changed service immediately after leaving their office..  Thank God I found a company that knows  what customer service is. Got a new phone 4G unlimited, text, calls and web for LESS! Was greeted by a knowledgeable customer service rep. Walked out with a smile on my face.

I got a call from this company on my cell at 1amand have never felt with Metro P whatever!!! So frustrated!!!

this call came into me didn't say they were from metro someone named tavia hardeman.  told me she was debt collector however called 411 they said that they didn't have a company by this name.  called the number and found it was disconnected.

The caller id has her name and the 888 number. I dont owe them anything so whats it about?

Hello everyone I recently called metro to fix an issue with outgoing picture messages and the Rep mentioned that I would get a survey call, so I am assuming this was the call after looking at your comments.

I've had metro for 3 yrs now and just upgraded to a LG motion 55 dollars a month unlimited Data 4G coverage for 4G not the Best but good if within City. I am pleased with the service thus far, only  downfall is when traveling 2 hours north of New York city lol But its to be expected it is metro. Anyone thinking of getting a phone should jump on it now for 30 a month its a steal just got my wife a huawei activa 4g good phone camera features do not compete with Motion. Anyway ya the number is affiliated with metro thanks everyone.

They are most likely trying to find out more info about your pending refund. Oops to you! MetroPCS does not collect debts - if they are calling it's more likely they owe you.

The people in their stores need some serious customer service training.

Had some trouble paying my Metro PCS bill online this month.  Usually not an issue, and it got straightened out after a few calls to their customer service number.  They told me to expect a call within a day or two regarding a survey about my experience.  This was the call, I guess.  No worries, kids, no debt collector, no problem.  I actually missed the call, called the number back, and it provided me with a ton of info regarding my account, however, no survey.  Actually, it is a helpful number to have if you use Metro PCS.
