Survey call

This is an automated caller, with recorded message: "Congratulations, you answered a survey and have won..."  selling solar panels. They also use 286-597-1784, 319, 519-1169, 727-601-0098, 213-395-395, 9099, 213-298-3759...how many phone numbers do these people need, anyway?

Its probably their customer service calling you about taking a survey. I took it and it wasnt that bad, or long....Sorry to hear others having trouble with their service or customer relation problems. I've never experienced that with them. Every time I've ever had even the slightest issue they have jumped right on it and corrected it to my satisfaction. I hope to never run into the problems others have discussed. The guy I spoke to at customer relations was so knowledgeable and very friendly. He had an enormous amout of patience with me since in not really skilled in the whole cell phone area. I pay a cheap monthly price, my phone is decent, not perfect but of reasonable quality and I really can't complain, I'm happy with it. I can say that everytime I've had contact with Metro for one reason or another they almost always follow up with a survey option a day or so later. So maybe that was what the call was all about?  Hope this helps someone. Sorry if I cant relate to the rest.

This is Metro PCS. I recently made some changes to my existing account online through chat and the customer service survey did not pop up for me to fill out so they were calling for me to complete the survey. I have been with metro for about 7 years and have been about 90 percent satisfied. The coverage area use to really suck but they are getting a lot better with their extended coverage area. I have always had good customer service until this past time I went in to the store to make changes to my account and they said they couldn't help me and never explained why which is the reason I did it online with a chat rep. Anyway, its a legit number for Metro.

They just charged my card $400 and I've never hear of them. I've tried to call but they will not answer the phone.

Scammers and hackers are pretending to be  metro Pcs customer service by spoofing their landline call to trick you to pick up .  Scanners are taping people phone call right now , they know everything going on with your phone payment or lost & damage . I didn't know if scammers are connecting with the highest crooked from cell phones companies or phone stores or phones dealers.

It's a scam ! Either Metro PC's  has been hacking by a malicious data branch  . Scammers who are  working inside metro stores and t-mobile stores probably running scam. I know some crooked  phones  dealers are selling hijacked  phone to scam out their customers . The FBI got to investigate those phones stores employees to see if they are good and honest people.

It is Metro PCS.   I like their service and just upgraded to a better phone.   No problem now for about two years.  They probably called me to thank me but I was out at the time.
