When you say " not everyone can always be on time"  is that your excuse for replying to a 2 year old post? Now that is what I call tardy.

Charter called me from this number 8 times yesterday starting at 9am, plus twice from local cell numbers (common tactic - looks less like an "official" business number, so people answer). I work evenings/nights, but leave my ringtone on during the day while I sleep in case of emergencies, so 2-3 non-urgent calls per hour is unacceptable for a month-late internet bill. Whatever happened to just shutting off service when payment is late? I'd actually prefer that. Anyway, I paid up online last night, yet they've already started today's deluge of spam calls - 4 so far.

Sometimes they leave a voicemail, sometimes they don't. 4th ignored call today left the ambiguous prerecorded message of "Hi, this is a courtesy call on behalf of Charter. Could you please call us back at 1-888-901-0293 to discuss an important matter?" If you know how Charter rolls, that "important matter" could presumably be another sales pitch for a bundle you don't want, so I don't blame anyone for not engaging. I'm dropping them at the end of this month. Late bill is my bad, but more than one reminder call a day is unnecessary - 4 to 10 is infuriating.

We keep getting these calls saying it's from FDR Limited, not Charter as the above posts indicate and we also get them several times a day.

Getting harassing phone calls from Charter/Spectrum-Black at  the number below. I do not want him calling me or anyone else trying to pressure me. Even criticizing service by Century Link.

Good god, they've called me 7 times today! And isn't there a time frame in which they can't call you? Like after 7 p.m.?? 7:55 my phone just rang for the 7th time today. I HATE Charter and have for years because of their crappy customer service!

I have never had Charter but they call me numerous times every day! I listened one time to hear them say "This is charter and we need you to call us back at.....".  I knew it was junk! I am currently out of the country and they are calling on my cell phone all the time!!!!

This is not Charter, it's a scammer. I have no connection with Charter whatsoever on my company cell phone but they keep calling my work number. I suspect it's a scammer using Charter's name. Block this number. It's a scam.

My internet carrier constantly tries to upsell me. I don't want cable services. I have internet access and netflix what else do I need. They are calling me every other hour. Just another number to block.
