I get garbled text messages from this number no idea who they are

Its Verizon sending you a text message.

mine comes from a messed up visual voice mail, so each time I get a vm now I get one of those texts, or if they make a change to my accout ect

Sends me blank text almost every day.

I get this stupid garbled message several times a day, most of the time within 3 - 5 minutes apart.
I blocked it, but it's still some idiot sending unwanted messages. I would like to smash their cell phone paper thin.

Garbled texts beginning with SYNC and including emoji. No idea who this is but thats 2 days in a row.

I, too, keep getting a garbled message from this number. The is ID'd as being from South Dakota. I haven't attempted to read the message.

I just started getting these garbled messages yesterday. My phone is acting up now. Don't know if it is because of this. My phone is only 3 months old and I rarely use it.

Keep getting random texts from this number. I don't even have Verizon service so I have no idea who this is. Blocked them though 👏

I get this too. Its your voicemail. Every time someone or you connect to your voicemail this is a notification. I have not found out how to disable this yet. Nobody really knows how to do it.

Every time I get this by text message it's complete gibberish. I have no idea who is texting my phone like this. I wish it would stop.

I'm having the same thing happen to me as well. I have Straight Talk as my provider.

The text messages you are receiving are for "visual voicemail", you need to DL an app to use it. The app will load your voicemail on your phone so you can listen to the messages without calling your voicemail. (*86 for straightalk). The "visual voicemail" was activated by your carrier. To go back to the original voicemail settings (called "basic voicemail"), contact your carrier and have them reset your plan to "basic voicemail".

I seem to get it after I check my voice mail

//VZWVVM:SYNC:ev=MBU;dev_t=5     I get this text every time someone leaves a voice mail. After I check my voice mail I get 900080006202.  This has just started happening.  Service said to call phone manufacturer.  I think someone has hacked my phone.

Keep getting text messages... More then two a day. Who is this? What should I do?
