5-10 times a day from this number. Nonsense, garbled text of junk.

I just started getting these stupid messages (//VZWVVM:SYNC:ev=NM;id=115;c=5;t=v;s=17076016316;dt=22/06/2019 12:24 -0700;l=180;dev_t=5) and I have straight talk, not Verizon! I recommend deleting and blocking. Who knows if they're syncing information off of your phone or something!

mytext comes from this number 9000800062000 i cant delete it and ried to put it in as contact and delete it thats not working either i call my mobile carrier they cant do anything this is a big problem and has tobe corrected. they dont answere or talk they just text statis

I get texts from this number all hours day and night. It's all geberish. I have no idea
Who it is or how to stop it. 😠

I’m getting a lot of gibberish texts from this number too. I reported it as spam weeks ago did nothing I still get them. Just added it as a contact so that I could block the number. We’ll see how that goes..not holding my breath.

I don’t have Verizon and I keep getting texts from this number.

My visual voicemail is no longer available and getting a text from this number with the garbled message is the only way I get notified that a voicemail was left for me. Otherwise I'd have to manually call and check. No one can help me! It's driving me nuts!

If it is Verizon voicemail, it might be because I use straight talk and originally had verizon. I've noticed odd things about voicemail such as my mailbox being full even when I delete them from my phone without dialing voicemail. I just received one after emptying my voicemail, so you may be on to it. But the code is from Turkey???

Even through there are many providers, I believe there are very limited carriers.  IE: Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile...  I have two Tracfones, one is on Verizon and the other on T-Mobile.  When I had Virgin Mobile it was either the  Verizon or Sprint carrier, I think depending on the location of the phone's initial sign up.
I frequently get this garbled message, same as above except for garble following the ID.   I have a little app symbol on my cell similar to a pair of spectical frames upside down  (O-O), that is my app for voicemail.  I didn't put this garbled message together with it, but after getting a message today and reading the reviews, I checked. Tthere were 3 voicemails over the last couple weeks and the one for which I apparently was just notified..

Yes, same here. I got a couple of those +90 (008) 000 etc text messages one night earlier this week. After that my voicemail just shows "call voicemail". At first it wouldn't recognize my password, so I had to get message by calling my phone from another phone. I reset my password and it still didn't work but it did start working today so at least I can call my voicemail from my phone. I've tried the hard reset, I've tried airplane mode, I downloaded the new update, but nothing is bring up visual voicemail. My wife has the same plan and same phone (Straight Talk with Verizon) but hers works and she never got the weird text messages.
