Guys, Let's have to fun.  This guys are calling us over and over again and one cannot get them to stop (and it is not only me but read all the postings).  So here is what you should do:

Call 386 - 258 - 2400 the number is public and from the Evergreen web site.
Dial 1150 and talk to Ray Monasterski VP Business Development or
Dial 1112 and talk to Robert Mcguire-Chief of Marketing or even better
Dial 1102 and talk to Jeff Lorello-President

All of them would love to hear from you the happy client ;0)

Yes Ray Monasterski VP Business Development's cell number is 404-394-2741!
Every time ESM (Evergreen Sales & Marketing) calls me, I call this guys cell.
Tell him you are calling from Evergreen Sales & Marketing and ask him for a few minutes of his time. When he declines tell him you dont like being bothered either!
Do this every time ESM calls you and see how they like it!

Got call from same number around 6:30 pm everyday!

I get a lot of calls like this. I downloaded the fax answer sound to my PC. When a call comes in I hold the phone to the speaker and play the sound. Sometimes I can hear people talking on the other end. Doing this has stopped some calls.

That number is 904 562 6659 is a cable internet marketing company called Evergreen. Check out http://www.evergreensales.net/. That is who calling you and hanging up! I just emailed their top executives at these addresses and told them to take me off their phone call list: sgreen@evergreensales.net; jlorello@evergreensales.net; rmonasterski@evergreensales.net; rmcguire@evergreensales.net; evgr@evergreensales.net. My email is not nice but they are calling me at home and work everyday and hanging up--for months!

I do not know if it will work. But I called Time Warner  Cable and they assured me they would contact Evergreen and have me taken off the calling list. We shall see.

Just got ANOTHER call from Evergreen and called my local insight office. Apparently Evergreen is NOT sanctioned to make calls on behalf of the cable companies, but what they do is call and then, after the fact, ask the cable company if it is ok. Shady business, to be sure.

Received a call from that number but no message was left

Have received calls from this firm and when I checking the my cable provider,
Time Warner, they have hired them (according the Arthur at Time Warner) to market Time Warner services.

I have received a call from this number 3 times in the last 2 days...no one will answer on the other end.  This gets quite annoying!  Speak if you call someone -

this number called me saying it was evergreen about phone/cable, i am on a do not call list why are hey calling me and how do they get my cell number???

Daily I receive calls from this source on my cell phone, which is registered with the National Do NOT Call Registry.  They never leave a message.

Most of the time there is silence on the line but yesterday my wife talked to a real person who said she was calling on behalf of Time Warner, my ISP provider.

I called my local Time Warner and they were very much aware of and authorized these calls.  At my request the TW rep said she would notify Evergreen to remove my number from their calling list... it would take up to two weeks to take effect.

Some of you have commented that this violates the DO NOT CALL list.  I do not believe this is true because any company with which you currently do business is allowed to call you.  Evergreen is calling you because your ISP has authorized them to do so.  In my case the ISP is Time Warner.

Call your ISP and ask them to remove you from Evergreen's list.

i called back immediately, they answered "Evergreen" a cable, satelite, phone carrier alternative.  I was given the option to not be contacted again so I hit the no call back line.

We keep getting calls from this number day in and day out. No ID except the number and they never leave a message.

asking to speak to stacy. The caller identifies themselves only by saying from the courthouse when asked from what city or state they hang up.
