I get two to three sells a day from my phone. I don't pick up as k am at work but this is also in the evening. How did they whoever they are obtain this private cell phone number? I am tempted to go to the police with this.

I got a call from them, called them back and someone answered right away after I hit "0".  I said to the girl who answered, I get calls from you all the time, you are calling a business number - how can you not figure out that you have a wrong number?  If you aren't smart enough to figure that out, glad I don't use your company's services.  I told her I did a google search on their number and you guys sure have a bad reputation.  She said she put me on the DNC list.

Rogers hires these collection agencies to go after the uncollected accounts. Previous cell phone customers had these numbers did not pay them and now Rogers and its subsidaries Fido and Chart recycle these bad numbers to new customers and still use these agencies to bully them to pay for the debt they never owed. Either terminate the phone service with them or complain directly to your cell phone company.
We recently had cell phone services with Fido and Chart and a few days later those collection agencies Global and C BC started to call looking for some strange persons.

Fraud calling me saying I have their equipment
