Received a call from this #, didn't answer it. Tried to call the # back, not in service!  FRAUD!

I just received the same call. I didn't let it finish anything after 100,000 reward miles before I hung up.  Came on this website to check if others had the same experience.  Good website.  Thanks.

got a call, picked up, was telus informing i won a prize, hung up. scam. i don't have account for telus. im use rogers.

i got a call saying they are from Telus then they ask you to dial 1 and hold

[***] scam...I just got a call saying that I won a prize as a Telus customer. I am a Telus customer but I know all too well that Telus is too cheap to give out prizes. When I asked the rep where she was calling from, she rudely repeated her first question, "are you at least 25 years old" with a rude Caribean accent. When I asked her where she was calling from twice, she just hung up...SCAM

Love this site too - got a call and no-one was there.

Just got a call from this number on my cell. It was an automated message saying that as a loyal Telus customer, I was being given a gift. To accept, I had to press 1.

I hung up instead.

I picked a new number 10 days ago. Number from Telus. Not a simple number. Only 10 days ago and already got the call. Assumption: Telus distribute active phone list.

Just Got the call too. Ya im a telus customer but I'm in a lawsuit with them. Somehow i doubt they have a prize for me lol

This site is great! I missed a call from this number, I don't have air miles and I'm under 25...also on the do not call list. I want to know how they are getting our numbers. I was also getting scam calls almost daily from TD Visa advising me that there was money owing on my bill (which I knew was a lie). It bothers me that these companies seem to have access to PRIVATE consumer lists.

Just read the more recent postings....I am also a telus customer...makes more sense now. Thanks for selling us out Telus.

Got the call on my cell phone no less.  I don't have an Air Miles card so it's definitely fraudulent.

Just noticed a trend.  I'm a former Telus customer who recently ported a number to boot.

Missed call on my cell phone. No message.

I just got a call too and on my cell phone.  How do these jacka**es get cell phone numbers?!?!  

They asked if I was at least 25, I said no... they then asked if I was sure lol.  Makes me think that they have a list of our birthdates along with our phone numbers though.

Oh and I've never been a Telus customer, so I dont think this is a case of Telus selling out their user list.

Just got a call from this number. We've never been telus customers, only rogers, so I don't think it's a telus selling out issue. Annoying!
