Honestly, I am glad sights like this are out there. They are helpful for those of us who need the info or for others willing to share info. But [***] like Mouse make me sick. You and your high horse AND your fancy do not call list. You are probably the type that sits around getting fatter waiting for the phone to ring so you will have something to [***] about. I know your type all too well there mouse and the only people that can stand you are the other cancerously negative human beings who aren't happy unless they have somehing to chew about. You aren't going to save the world by bitching about everything that is wrong with the world. I know this will sound strange, but it is possible to provide useful informatin without cimbing up on your DNC pedestal and spewing your "I'm better than anyone that calls me" crap! Get a hobby for christ's sakes. Do something constructive and maybe you won't be such a self-loathing beast. Anyone that would try to threaten someone with a call to the blackmail outfit known as the BBB clearly needs to find out what they actually do. To help you Mouse, only because I love you, I will tell you. NOTHING!!!! They charge companies money to say good things, and for those that don't pay, they get lower rating and grades. Anyone who would trust the BBB as a non-profit organization is as thick as the people that work for them. Go find some friends that do constructive things with their time and have a positive outlook on this world of ours because you Mouse, are a major contributor to the dirty underbelly that smears the 6 o'clock news every night. How do I know you so well? I can tell you enjoy ruining the day of some desperate for work, minimum wage, living in a dump telemarketer that probably has a bully of a supervisor that, come to think of it, is probably a lot like you. Really Mouse, spend your time living and enjoying the good things, or the cancer you feel for the world might just turn into the real thing. I still love you Mouse, just get it together.

Probably because the education system failed them you judgemental [***]. Why don't you pull your head out of your [***] before your crapy attitude towards your fellow man flows through to your own kids and they become telemarketers because of a lack of parental guidance. The minimum wage they make is spent on the products that you manufature or sell. Or it is spent on the services you provide. Will the [***] of society like yourself ever realize that the opportunities in some of the greatest countries in the world exist as part of an economy that keeps you employed. I don't like the last cop that gave me a ticket, but I certainly won't be harbouring any hostility towards him. As a matter of fact, I bet these calls really get you steamed. Might that be because you are so weak minded that a 10 second call from a stranger could ruin your whole day? If so, you are nothing but a puppet. I mean a total stranger, just doing their crappy job, has full control over your emotions and interactions. How many people did you [***] to because you got that quick call? And to make sure that the whole world knows you are a puppet, you make a public comment like "get a real job". Why don't you get a supportive, productive attitude towards the people you are lucky enough to share this planet with. You might find that it is not as bad as you think. Until then, know that you probably are repugnant to most people that you come into contact with. Not me though, I love you buddy. Good luck with the phone calls.

WOOOOOWWW!! Smartest guy ever!!! You tried to outwit either a minimum wage Canadian student or even possibly someone a little further down the food chain that lives in a mud hut and works for 25 cents a week to feed their starving siblings. Must be nice to not only have a higher IQ than most of the world, but a fat belly so full from your wealth you can rest your giant brain holding head on it. Good for you. Is it lonely up there being one of the only people on earth smart enough to not give out your c card number over the phone? Hell, it must be tough to breathe waaay up there. I bet the air is thin. Aah Pete, I kid you because I love you pal. But honestly, you tried to look smart here, and as you so eloquently put it "nice try buddy". This is me hanging up on you now, oh clever one.

Folks, yesterday I got a call from this number as well and decided to check because blaming TELUS for this by many of you did not make any sense. So 9054994554 appeared to be a landline, not wireless, and this number is in Brampton and belongs to GLOBILITY COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION located in Mississauga, not TELUS.
Here is the link, you may check for yourself: http://www.npanxxsource.com/nalennd.php
Why would TELUS or any other telco do something like this to their own customers? Anybody can buy a phone from any telco with a number and set up a scam... how can we blame the telco for this?...

I have been getting a call from this number lately, but have never answered it. I'm always worried with these scam calls, that even just answering the call or pressing 1, allows them to start charging your phone to make long distance calls on their end! There's a scam like that out there too! So I never answer the calls. But how can I get these to stop? For those of you who have scared these people, lol, have they ever called you back after that? Or is there some other way of stopping this? I've been getting calls from Shaw Cable marketing, and the like too. So fed up with this already. And all on my cell phone. I'm already on the Do Not Call List, doesn't seem to be helping. :( Any suggestions?

I happened to be in the shower when they called, but if they call again, I will press 1 and the second I hear a real human voice, I'm putting my pocket sized air horn up to the phone and letting loose.  I really highly suggest people do the same.  Quite frankly, I don't give a damn if I blow their ear drums out.  They're scammers and they deserve way more than that.

Do not follow the prompt to press #1  on the key pad. This will likely give authorization to charge long distance calls on your number........and you could recieve a bill for hundreds or thousands and you can do nothing about it as you authorized it by pressing #1.

    pissed off
just got a call from this number, the latest in a string of apparently throwaway phone numbers these [***] use to try to push their scam.  I don't know how my cell number got onto their goddamned list, but if I ever get my hands on the [***] behind this slimy organization, I swear, they'll regret it! <ok, take a deep breath...>

Seriously, I just wish there was something concrete people could do when these [***] call.  Phonebusters doesn't seem to be working all that well, and yes, I am on the DNC registry, much good that does against criminals who don't even bother to check...or if they could get their hands on the DNC, would just add it to their spamming call list I am sure.

Oh, and by the way, why doesn't this site have 'Fraud/Scammer' as an option for call type?
    • Caller: said they were airmiles...yeah right

Just received a call from this number, stating that because I was a loyal air canada jazz customer to press 1 for my prize. I did not press 1, as I figured it was most definitely a scam. Totally annoying!

I didn't answer the phone when this number called (I was busy), but when I tried to phone back just out of curiosity, it cut directly to a busy signal. I'm pretty sure this is a scam, and if this number calls again, I definitely won't answer!
