I've not received texts or calls, but am being charged $9.99 per month, twice per month.....email sent to help@sms-helpdesk asking to be unsubscribed and get a refund.  When I tried to unsubscribe via STOP text message to this number, I received a text saying that I'm not subscribed - but still getting charged.  Questionable business practice.

I have been getting text from this number and I want it stop as of today 4-20-2009. I was charged 9.99 on my phone bill I got for the month of May 02, 2009. I have gotten 4 texts today 4-20-2009

they kept texting be but i sent 'stop' and they did... so try that if you are tired of texts (BTW.. if it worked, you will get another text saying you were un-subscribed)

This charge comes from taking challenges on facebook.  You check this number to get the total on the challenges.  If you don't read the rules you get the charge.  Every challenge has something attached to it.  I just did a challenge on faacebook and this is the website I was given to cancel.    9107@sms-helpdesk.com.  They are con artist, I think.  will try to get a hold of them another way by telling the cell phone and land line carrier not to accept the charge.  don't know

I'm having the same problem as some others. I keep getting test messages and am being charged for them. I want reimbursement and I want the messages to STOP. I've called a number I was given by my phone service provider. She assured me, as did the automated voice, that these calls would stop. That was on April 21st. I've called four times, left messages four times and still get the texts and am being charged for each one. The only thing I did was take a stupid online test - so much for IQ, huh? - and all of a sudden I'm signed up for who knows what. I did NOT authorize any of this and have never sent a test messege myself. This scam is unlawful and people who do this should be rounded up and ... whatever. PEOPLE BEWARE. Apparently, all you have to do is give your cell phone number and that makes SOMEbody think he can scam you out of hard earned money. WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE PUT A STOP TO THIS? I'm so aggravated at always getting an automated response with no option to speak to a REAL person. I'll never fall into this kind of trap again. I didn't know I was falling into one by taking a simple game and heaven forbid, wanting to know the result. People who prey on others should be ashamed.

Stop! I didn't recieve any text messages and i was charged 9.99 for this!! what the heck is this?! and when i sent a text to the number saying stop it said i'm not subscribed to any services, then why are you charging me for something i'm not subscribed to?

Please cancel the subscription

I get multiple text messages from this number, and don't know where they are coming from.  I would like them stopped.
