I got a call from +91955 no and say press 1 for Hindi and 2 for English than I press 2 than phone cut what is this

I got a call nearly at 1:30pm ,I was in my class so I cut the call,and later checked in true caller ,then I foun the person was Rajesh Tank .Accoding to truecaller.com this person calles people mostly at night.

I got a call few minutes ago from this number and I didn't receive. I searched in Google n found lot of people reported it as scam
