They started calling me for an invoice which has nothing to do with me.  I paid Saint Joseph Hospital in full but they say my wife had medical work at Overland Park Regional Medical center that we owe but I have never been married so how????   I told her to stop calling my office and she leaves message like its private call.    Last one was Addie.    I called back and Addie is a fake name.    How do you get yor name clear from all of this?   Pay a bill that isn't yours?    any help would be helpful!

This company is a scam. Most of us who the call do "pay our" bills and are getting harrsed for nothing.

I AM GETTING ALL KINDS OF CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AT MY OFFICE FOR AN EMPLOYEE, AND THIS COMPANY IS A HOSPITAL COLLECTION COMPANY . THE EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN OUT WITH BREAST CANCER! THEY HAVE SAID SHE WILL NOT MAKE IT AND THEY KEEP TRYING TO COLLECT FROM HER!  i TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING THE OFFICE AND, NOW THEY CALL AND PRETEND IT IS PERSONAL CALL.

Recieved two calls from them today.  Didn't answer the second one.  The first call all the person would say was it was a personal business call for Lonnie.  When asked the name of the company refused to identify the company just repeated that her name was Jordan.  I don't talk to people who refuse to identify themselves and their company when asked.

The debt collector is also required to identify themselves.  Failure to do so as this company does is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act.  File a complaint with the Attorney General for your state.

They keep calling me asking for my father. I always say that it's not me and they keep saying that they need my father.

I was getting calls all the time. I went to https://www.donotcall.gov/ filled out the forms and shortly after that those calls dropped significantly. However, non-profits are not included (special olympics, FOP, Elks etc...).

The problem with your generalization is they are not always calling on legitamate bills.  Just as credit bureau reports often contain reporting errors - this company is not always provided good information or as in my case - assuming the bill is legit, they call for someone who at one point provided my name as a reference. No one deserves to be harassed for something they are not a party to. So- so perhaps the callers are the slimeballs in some instances.

They called me too, i raged cause i have PTSD then i said you wanna me to come [***] with you where you work "andrew says is that a threat" no a promise buddy and im sure you know what harrassment is so if you dont want a law suit or a visit stop calling me and he began to act like a little child saying " ok my name ok my name tough guy tough guy and [***] like that im a OIF vet like are these people [***] kidding me

You MUST work for them! How much they paying you? Maybe I need to switch careers.

You stop these people by contacting the attorney I use, who is online. You never have to leave ur home he will take care of everything thourgh email or phone. I have sued these people for harrassing me over a bill I owed, and the phone calls have stopped. His name is below:

This number they call me at 9134953030 belongs to a corporation. they should not be calling me here.

When the call came in from 913-541-9925, I answered the phone.  They started out a friendly conversation about the weather, noting that my phone number isn't even in their state, and when I asked who was calling, they hung up on me. They never told me who they were looking for, either.  Gotta love it...

I read these post and then went ahead and called the number back. It happened to be a bill from a year ago, when i was in the hospital, That I thought was already paid off. The lady I talked to was really nice and I set up a check to be used at a later date. Not a big deal.

These people are Kansas Counselors and they are pretty rude in order to collect money from medical bills.

Okay so then who's problem is it of the person who has the debt has given somebody the wrong #? How do you get these people off your back. I've had this same # for years!!!! And owe no debt to anyone!!! So where do I go to complain when this same company continues to call even though you are NOT the person they are trying to contact? Where do you go to complain? I've repeatedly told these people they have the wrong #. Very frustrating...
