Today is Saturday and they started calling at 8AM - 3 calls so far, because I have not picked up the call.

I do have a VS credit card but I have no balance now. They actually sent me 2 vouchers because I had purchased some stuff and returned after the deadline, so they gave me store credit. WTF! What do they want? Now that I'm awake, I will take the next call (because you know they will call again) and give them an earfull.

anyone figure out how to make this stop??? I'm getting these calls 1-2 times a day. Today, Saturday, it was at 7am! I answered this time and it was some guy that wouldn't tell me who he was and did not speak very good english, just kept asking for me.
Comments above say it's WFNNB - a bank that manages multiple store credit cards. I certainly have nothing past due and never have so I don't know why I'm being harassed. If I call the company will they make it stop?

They call my cell phone and then right away call my house phone...I want to know how they got my cell number...I don't give that out to credit card companies!

They keep calling me to and I just discovered that this is the bank that Victoria Secret "Angel" cards are through... so they probably want a payment... it would be nice if they would leave a message though instead of just calling 5 times a day and saying nothing....

This company has called me 4 times in the last 3 hours and left me no messages. I finally picked up during their 5th call and found out it was the World Financial Bank in regards to my Victoria's Secret Angel Card Account. How ridiculous because my payment isn't supposed to be due until 3 days later, May 22, 2010.

For everyone who has a Victoria's Secrets Angel Card Account or any banking account with Victoria's Secrets. Good luck, because these people will continue to keep calling you regardless. They probably won't stop until you cancel the account.

I forgot to mention that this bank that Victoria's Secrets used charges you $12.99 each month for Identity Protection; therefore, if you haven't purchased anything in the last 3 months then you're probably at $38.97, plus they fine you each month worth $20 if you missed the first $12.99 payment. You probably already have a cumulative of $58.97 - $98.97 to pay even though u haven't bought a darn thing in the last 3 months from Victoria's Secrets.

I think it's the JCPenny credit card collectors but do they really have to call 5-6 times a day and from other numbers too, I got the damn paper in the mail and my check was sent out......leave me alone!

NEVER EVER EVER GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFO ON THE PHONE!!
The only time would be if you called a store or bank and they asked for identifying info.

This is a SCAM to get your Social Security # and/or your Credit Card #.
A List of Store Card Owners is in the hands of Fraud Scammers!

For example, if you own a victoria's secret card, or another store card, they now have your phone number, address etc! When the scammer calls you, they have enough info about you to make the call seem 'real' and legitimate. Stupid people will give out their Social Security # to the hacker, or worse, make a payment to them with their bank credit card AND 3 digit code on the back!!

When a real bank or credit company call, they must identify themselves to the person that answers, or must leave a message. Yes, we know some of the agencies stretch this law.

I think they are looking for my ex-mother in law, but I haven't known where she lives/her phone number for almost 10 years, now. I answer and an obnoxious British voice tells me to hold for an important call. I wait 5 minutes on hold, and they hang up! Honestly! These must be the stupidest people on the planet!

Yeah, I had the same.  Lots of calls, til I got sick of it and answered one, then went through quite a hassle to get them to add me to their do not call registry (i'm already on it nationally).  They claimed "it was a wrong number".  Yeah, right.

This number keeps calling static, someone on the line will say that you owe money, would not tell you who, where they are from, the telephone number to or supervisor's name. Its a scam. need to contact necessary people regarding this

This is Victoria's Secret credit/rewards card.  If you get a call from them, make sure you pay your bill bc it is a $25 late fee!  Eek.  Whoops.  I know from experience.

I have never owned a Victoria Secret account and these guys call me daily.  I have had the same phone number for almost 10 years and this just started in the last few months.

I have had the same thing happen to me and i have 0 credit cards. It gets very irritating when they call me at 930 on sunday evenings. regardless of who they are and what they want any kind of business calling people after 7pm is against the law. if you point this out to them, they usually hang up. im not saying the calls will stop, because they dont, it just gives them a clue as to how obnoxious they are

I called this number back and it is World Financial Network Bank and World Financial Capital. They handle the credit accounts for Victoria Secret, NY Co., Giant Eagle. I do not have credit with any of these companys so I am assuming its a soliciting call. Hopes this info helps!
