several times my cell phone has been charged $10.00 per month for daily horoscope that I have never ordered.  Put a block on phone but trying top find these guys.  Anyone have information that could help.  Read your bills carefully.

i took a survay on the computer for yahoo and they sent a code to my cell phone i took the survy because i thought what the heckand i enterd in my cell number but my friend said not to trust yahoos survays and the number was 91395 i dont know who these guys are but i dont want them taking or buying anything with my money i know this didnt help you much but i was just putting this out there and maybe some one could help me too.

I am being billed for Klutch Media and RubiksMobileSol $9.99 a months for the last 5 months. AT&T put a block on my phone and I am still getting charged for it. I never recived and thing and didn't asks for thins. HELP!

My bill said to text stop to the Short code from the phone getting the charges.

I got a message at 6:52 am on Wednesday April 6, 2011 from 91395 the message read: Beetles tatse like apples, wasps like pine nuts, and worms like fried bacon.

I am getting charges that say the following: Klutch Media: Alerts - 91395 horoscope4cast -03/31 $9.99  for my Sprint phone. I have never ordered or even looked at this service. I dont know how to stop it.

noticed my bill went up checked with wife and daughter nothing added to account checked my bill found klutch media alerts 91395 with a 10$ fee.

what a pain. i'm trying toi find Klutch Media to have them stop billing me through my sprint account for something i didn't order.

Problem is you did order it, but under false pretense. If anyone has leads as to the organization
these clowns are. they've violated at least 3 business and professions code and 1 government code. My research so far has yielded nill and since they're so small on a per person basis,  it would have to be prosecuted under the class provisions in district court and it takes 900 person petition to get it looked at.

got the same number appearing on my wireless bill.  9.99 a month.  this is bunk!

This happened last mounth also,called sprint and last mounth asured me that it wont happen again,this mounth it happened again,this mounth 45 min on line with sprint,after giving my user name,pin,favorite ,this and that they trans fered me several times,then gave several time the same secerity questions,and promised not to happen again,but a third party can come up with a scam for horecope,and sprint allows this with no pins,usernames,favorite questions,just bill ya, [***]!they are in on it to allow acess to your account,PEOPLE READ YOUR PAPER BILL EVERY MOUNTH,IF YOU DONT YOUR BE BILL FOR EVERY SCAM THAT SPRINT IS IN ON,THIRD PARTY BILLERS THAT THEY GET A % OF THE SCAM,MILLIONS OF DOLLARS,FOR EVERY ONE WHO PAYS A 9.99 FEE,DONT EVER THINK THAT sprint dont know whats up with this,Call and rase hell,and read your bill,

I just had a chat with a sprint rep and all will be taken care of.  We will see if that happens......one thing I did that I recomend you doing in the future is not call them, but do a "chat" through the customer  support. By doing this, you can print your conversation.  You also can have it emailed to yourself......Good luck everyone......

Help me I have tried to stop this stupid charge but have been unable to stop it!!! I have texted them and they responded say I would not be bothered anymore but it is still happening.

STOP THIS STUPID STUFF!!! We are tired of paying for something we don"t want.

I was answering a survey from a local dept. store when my phone started going off. Read the text and answered HELP, then STOP. I was still billed on my cell phone service. I actually called Klutch Media and they told me that someone had text back the 4 digit numeric password. I told them that no one from my phone had text back that number. They insinuated that someone else had used my phone and text the password back to them. After telling them that there was no one there to do that I was informed that since the password had been text back,(but it really hadn't), they were obliged to charge my cell service. Klutch Media is nothing but a lying rip off company.

the reason why you cant find KLUTCH MEDIA is because they are under mobile media solutions. this is a customer service company that reps them. Call them at 877-707-1775 or 1771.  They refused to give me my 9.99 back but assured me my account was closed. they said the 9.99 was an intial set up fee even though i had replied stop to 91395 2 min after i got the text. I also contacted sprint and they credited my account 9.99 and also assured me that I will not be charged for this in the future. The also said they put a block on these types of charges on my account.

Got a charge of $9.99 on my sprint bill from Klutch Media. Sprint CSR says they blocked the service and credit me the charge. We'll wait until next month bill to see whether it is truely blocked. We should stop Klutch Media from doing such things!

Just got charged from Klutch media as well on my at&t wireless.  You have to go to www. att.com\MobilePurchases  to cancel the subscription - it auto-renews monthly.

Complete rip-off.

I've been receiving stupid text messages from them for a couple months.   Texting "stop" doesn't work.   It stopped me from getting a million messages in a few minutes, but it didn't stop the texting completely.  I still get messages from them once or twice a week, and I still get billed for it :(
