My last Sprint bill showed charge for $9.99 from Klutch Media: Alerts - 91395 horoscope4cast. Needless to say that the service was never requested from Klutch Media: Alerts - 91395 horoscope4cast. I called Sprint and within minutes the $9.99 charge was removed and I was promised that the future communication from the same entity will be blocked.

Very satisfied with prompt and complete resolution of the issue.

I was also charged for no reason as well.  I am trying to get Sprint to remove the charge....  These people need to be fined and jailed.

I started seeing this charge last month on my cell phone bill.  The only thing I had done differently was apply for a job that was going to send me a code to my cell phone.  I am going to try texting "stop" to 91395 and see if that makes a difference.

I called Sprint about my charges from Klutch [***] Media, Sprint CSR took cared of everything. Within two minutes I received a text from 91395 saying "you are not subscribed to any services and will no longer receive any msgs or charges". Thanks to Sprint CSR I am $9.99 richer. F U Klutch!

Klutch media: Alerts - 91395 showed up on my bill. Called Sprint right away they said it will be taken off bill and blocked any further access to account. $9.99. Very prompt service.

I saw 3 charges today on my bill all for 9.99 each. One was from Kluch, game theory, edoc or something. I googled kluch and came here and immediately called sprint.
I played dumb with the CS lady and right after i said "i had a question about 9.99 charges on my bill"
she immediately said "i will take them off and they will not appear on your next bill."
I had to ask for $30 credit for current months bill....it was not freely offered, something you should keep in mind when you call. Ask for every cent back.

Yah my mom is threating to take my phone away also cause of this klutch media horascope crap n I've never ordered this thing dont even know what it is ..... Really maken me mad if this is tha kind of service yahoo gives u I think ill just stop using yahoo all togeather.

Just saw I was charged and demanded sprint give me my money back.  It says on my account to be credited back next month but we'll see.

I dont want this charged on my cell phone bill anymore, just remove it.

Call your phone company and let them know that you were put on some calling/texting list that you did not approve and they should credit your account back and they can put an additional block on these numbers.  Stupid scams.

I received a $9.99 Charage on my cell phone bill which I did not authorize. I demand that this charge be credited IMMEDIATELY!!

I got this as well. Call your cell phone provider and tell them you didn't order it, and ask them to block the number. Call1-877-707-1771, and give them the code they put on your phone. I think it is 91395 for everyone. Watch taking any survey of any kind on Facebook. Then complain with Facebook about Klutch Media's deceptive practices.

i just called the 877-707-1775 number. i followed prompts to unsubscribe and not 2 minutes later i received a text from 91395 confirming that i am unsubscribed from this service.  i pray this really works.

I had the same issue with my sprint bill. 07/21/11 Klutch Media: Alerts - 91395 horoscope4cast $9. 99. I called customer service and although the agent was SUPER sweet, she said that I would have to file a complaint to dispute the charge through a form online.  Instead while online I opened the chat with a Sprint agent, and said "I need your assistance in removing a fraudulent charge on my most recent bill". From it took 15 minutes, and zero haggling.  I'm now waiting to see the adjustment, but I have been assured a credit has been made, and the service has been blocked.

Bonus I have the conversation in writing for my records! Thanks Sprint!!

Just noticing these charges from Klutch Media -- for "Horoscope4cast!" This is outrageous! Who are these guys! We need to put them out of business! Utterly unacceptable!

Vahid - You are incorrect. I am the owner of Clutch Media (Anchorage, Alaska) – not "Klutch Media" – and my business does not engage in any automated credit card billing. I know absolutely nothing about these charges. You were made aware of this when we spoke on the phone.

I'm truly sorry that you and so many others got hit by this scam. But please remove my phone number from your post. You wouldn't want me to post your phone number, right?

I am being charged $9.99 a month from Klutch Media.  I did not order this and want it discontinued.
